Casita Antonia does not have a swimming pool, but its location, just 3-5 min walking distance to Cala Lenya Beach is luxurious in itself.
All bedrooms have new air conditioning units which were installed in February 2014.
With Pine trees in the front of the Casita providing shade and comfort, you can relax here in a simple manner.
Three bedrooms, all have new air conditioning units and there are two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a barbecue area are all included in this house.
There is a level below with an extra sofa bed and a bathroom, next to the BBQ area, could be used.

Inside this carefully restored villa using the original wood beams, thick walls and exposed stone walls, you will find a large living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms on the main floor- two with views towards the gardens (and all with ensuite bathrooms with a whirlpool).
Up a short flight of stairs you will have the double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with large shower and a balcony with fantastic views to Formentera, the Sea and the valley.
Outside the Main House, you will find an additional double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, also with whirlpool.
150 Meters away from the Main Villa, you have the independant stone Casita, with a large living room and dining area, a double bedroom and full bathroom with whirlpool and its own terrace with a 4 x meter 4 swimming ( plunge ) pool. Beside the plunge pool you have a covered dining area, a ping pong table and of course sunbeds and parasols.
Prices for the Main House are quoted for 6 bedrooms.
If you would like to rent the Casita ( 2 pax ) in addition to the Main House please add the supplement of 200€ per night.
The above prices are for booking 6 bedrooms / 12 guests (Main house).
Change over days is on Saturdays. Sometimes exceptions could be made, depending on dates and other.
