The Southeast China Tour Ended in Zhangjiajie, China
The drive back to Zhangjiajie from Dehang Miao Village began in the same direction before a turn-off to Jishou City in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture. Lunch in a hotel that was hosting an extremely large, noisy and expensive Chinese wedding.
China is an exercise in contradictions. One minute you are watching people getting married western-style and then a few second later, a man is spotted trudging along the side of a highway carrying seven trays of plants on his back. China is never boring and Chairman Mao must be rolling in his grave looking at the risque signs in his country. Or...maybe not. Wasn't he supposed to be quite the womanizer?

Yes, this video was made both inside the Shaolin Temple and in the area surrounding it.
2) When can I study at the Shaolin Temple with CK Martial Hearts?
In 2019, CK Martial Hearts is offering two programs, a 10-day program in May (now fully booked) and a 20-day program in September.
3) Who can study at the Shaolin Temple?
Everyone is welcome to apply to study martial arts at the Shaolin Temple. As long as you are reasonably healthy, agree to abide by the laws and regulations of China, respect the teachings and customs of Buddhism and the Shaolin Temple and are willing to dedicate yoursel to training and improving yourself while at the temple, we would be very happy to accept your application.
4) Can women train at the Shaolin Temple?
Women are just as welcome as men to study at the temple.
5) What is the age limit to study at the Shaolin Temple?
To train with CK Martial Hearts at the Shaolin Temple, you must be at least 17 years old, or 14 years old if you are training together with a parent or guardian.
6) How do I apply to train with CK Martial Hearts?

DAY 1
Pick up from Zhangjiajie Airport or Zhangjiajie Train Station or Bus Station
Transfer to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park area and check in Hotel
Free and easy exploring Zhangjiajie Village
DAY 2
Wake up and have breakfast in hotel
Go to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Entrance
Go to Huangshizhai Village by cable car and explore. After exploring, take cable car down.
Go to Golden Whip Stream Scenic Route (2-3 hours)
Go to Zhangjiajie World Geopark Museum
Take internal shuttle bus to Wulingyuan Entrance
Return to hotel and rest
DAY 3
Wake up and have breakfast in hotel
Transfer to Wulingyuan Entrance
Go to Bailong Sky Lift and take lift up
Go to Yuanjiajie and explore
Go to Tianzi Shan Nature Reserve and explore
From Tianzi Shan Nature Reserve, take cable car down
Then take internal shuttle bus to Wulingyuan Entrance
Return to hotel and rest
DAY 4
Wake up and have breakfast in hotel
Check out hotel early and transfer to Tianmen Mountain Cable Car Station
Take cable car up to Tianmen Mountain and explore East Wing
Take cable car down to Tianmen Cave and explore
From Tianmen Cave, take cable car down
Transfer to Zhangjiajie Airport or Zhangjiajie Train Station or Bus Station
