Siror was a comune in Trentino in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 60 kilometres east of Trento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,244 and an area of 75.1 square kilometres . It was merged with Fiera di Primiero, Tonadico and Transacqua on January 1, 2016, to form a new municipality, Primiero San Martino di Castrozza.The municipality of Siror contains the frazioni Nolesca and part of San Martino di Castrozza. Siror borders the following municipalities: Canale d'Agordo, Predazzo, Canal San Bovo, Mezzano, Imer, Tonadico and Transacqua.

San Michele in Isola is a Roman Catholic church, located on the Isola di San Michele, a small islet sited between Venice and Murano, which once sheltered a Camaldolese monastery , but now houses the main cemetery of the city. The monastery was mostly demolished in the 19th-century, but the church remains, originally rebuilt starting in 1469. The church is dedicated to Saint Michael , the holder of the scales on Judgement Day, a fit guardian of the sleep of the faithful dead. The island cemetery now includes the land of the formerly separate island of San Cristoforo. This church is sometimes referred to as San Michele di Murano, although this islet is separate from islands comprising that town.

IT | Il Mercatino di Natale di Siror, il più antico mercatino di Natale del Trentino, spegne quest’anno le sue prime 25 candeline e come da tradizione si prepara a trasformare l’antico borgo di Primiero in un romantico Christkindlmarkt.

Per sei giorni le caratteristiche casette in legno, gli antichi fienili e le stalle del centro storico si trasformeranno in pittoresche botteghe dove trovare originalissimi regali natalizi: decorazioni, presepi, produzioni artigianali e numerose proposte golose, dolci e salate, come il tipico brazedel di Siror, lo zelten trentino, i salumi, il miele, le frittelle e tante altre delizie.
