Pluses:
The pools, the artificial river with waterfalls is amazing. The staff are helpful and the beach is maintained. Everything was perfect. The bakery was very fresh with a wonderful taste and quality. The spa was very clean and nice.

As I am recurring guest I am getting high quality service from all the staff ( reception, pool, beach, chefs, waiters, kids area ...etc).

This was my 3rd time to visit kempinski soma bay ,
I love this hotel , comfort & quiet
Clean room , food is a top notch with different alternatives but last year was a little bit better.
Staff is very helpful & smiling
Pools is very clean , staff on the pool is very helpful & take care of children's while swimming ( thanks to Ali on pool & all staff ).
Minuses:
The food was very good but not impressive (the desserts at the dinner were limited)
WiFi need improvement
Need more entertainment & play area for kids
Prices is a little bit higher.
