Why the Brooks family chose The Ramble Biltmore Forest in Asheville, NC
Meet Mr. and Mrs. Brooks, two residents of The Ramble Biltmore Forest in Asheville, NC. They explain how living in The Ramble allows them to Live the Life You Choose.
Welcome to The Ramble Biltmore Forest in Asheville, NC:
The 5 Community-Building Tenets of The Ramble Biltmore Forest:
Why the Goodmans chose The Ramble Biltmore Forest in Asheville, NC:
“People move to Asheville because of the beauty that surrounds us,” says Mrs. Brooks. “They move here because of the diversity of people. They move here because of the educational and the entertainment opportunities.
“Asheville is a wonderful place to relocate to,” says Mr. Brooks. “It makes it so easy to be close to nature. I think we spend more time outdoors now that we live here.
“I don't think there's any place around, no community here that reflects Asheville better than the Ramble,” says Mrs. Brooks. “Walking out the door, the beautiful woodlands, the great walking trails, the parks, the unique architecture and the people that grace those homes, just abound in hospitality.”
“There's space here, when you walk through the community, you don't feel crowded, and it just brings a lot of peace,” says Mr. Brooks.
“Living here allows me with the beauty that surrounds me just to walk out the door, and to disconnect,” says Mrs. Brooks. “Take that time to reflect and recharge as I walk around the trails and visit with friends. One of the phenomenal aspects of the Ramble is the architecture of the homes. When we went to the preview center for the first time, we could feel the passion for excellence here.”
“Once we turned into Ramble Way, it's like a different world,” says Mr. Brooks.
“The Ramble offers a cadre of preferred builders,” says Mrs. Brooks. “They bring the ability to put you at ease, but also to offer not only great craftsmanship but unique ideas that makes sure that when your home is built that it's built just for you. That's what really sold me.”
“I think what's really unique about the Ramble is it feels like you live in the country, but we're really five or 10 minutes away from a very vibrant city just up the road,” says Mr. Brooks.
“Asheville really accommodates a small business owner,” says Mrs. Brooks. “I personally run my business out of my home. I travel all over the United States. Being located in the Ramble allows me easy access to the airport, I'm there within 10 minutes. And not having to spend a lot of time on the road to get there de-stresses your life and let you enjoy those events a lot more.”
“Biltmore Park is a real draw,” says Mr. Brooks. “It's probably a five minute drive, in fact, it's three and a half miles and we walk it frequently so we get great exercise a couple times a week. We'll walk down to one of the restaurants down there, and sometimes even walk to a movie and come back, you know, late in the day. We love all the things that it has to offer.”
“It's really a pleasurable life to live, and the Rambles is a really big part of that,” says Mrs. Brooks.
“I wouldn't consider another location in Asheville after experiencing what we have here,” says Mr. Brooks.
