#TravelLikeULY | TABACO CITY
Hi guys! June 24 is the feast day of St. John the Baptist, so Happy Fiesta to all Tabakeños! I'm so glad that I went there last June 16, 2018 with my officemates and we're shookt that the fruits, vegetables, and plants at the Farmer's Bazaar were so cheap. And though it was really a hot day, we really enjoyed the place!
I hope you guys enjoyed this video! If yes, give it a THUMBS UP and click the SUBSCRIBE button to be part of the #famULY.

Driving through Tabaco City main street
Driving through the City of Tabaco. Located in the province of Albay, Bicol in southern Luzon.
The main street is full of shops and places to eat. Going direction Malinao you will see the church of St. John the Baptist, which is not visible in the video since tricycles are not allowed to drive there.
On the east side of Tabaco Mall you can find Saud where there is a big market and many cheap shops. You can also find Tabaco Park where many young people hang out after school.
Trip to Albay, Bicol, The Philippines
On a vacation in Albay, Bicol region in the Philippines.
Stayed for 5 weeks in Fatima, Tabaco City. Amazing nature to be found in this place, a real difference to my home country, the Netherlands. Tabaco City is a nice city not too big nor too small, with nice and interesting places to see, kind people to meet and a lot of karaoke bars.
Also visited a few water resorts, like Borcel. Very beautiful place surrounded by nature and an amazing fact is that it uses fresh river water to fill the swimming pools.
The beaches are nice and clean but not the usual white sands, since they are near Mayon volcano. And also enjoyed Jollybee and Graceland ;)
BICOL PHILIPPINES Exploration & Feasting | Cagsawa Ruins, Chili Ice Cream, Tabaco City Mall, & More
I took a vacation up to the Albay province in the Bicol in mid-January 2019 where my grandma’s side of the family lives, revisiting old landmarks and places such as Tabaco City Mall & the Cagsawa Ruins. As I was editing this video I noticed that I chowed down on a ton of foods and snacks like bananas, chili ice cream, and taho. I forgot there were so many species of bananas…
Make sure you visit this beautiful volcanic region when you get over to the Philippines. It was a blast exploring spots again as an older lady making new memories with family :)
Thanks for watching!

Busay Falls, Malilipot Albay
Busay Falls has 7 levels of waterfalls and we only reached the 5th level of the falls.
How to get there?
We went to the Van Terminal (TABACO) infront of SM Legazpi.
Van Fare: Php 50.00
You can approach the driver where to drop you off.
Travel time is about 15-20 minutes ride from Legazpi.
Busay Falls is 2 kilometers away from the Main Road.
When we got there, there's no available service so we walked.
Fees: Entrance - Php 10.00, Parking - Php 50.00
It's more refreshing to stay in the higher level of the falls because the lowest level is a bit crowded.
Hiking up the falls is challenging but if you are a first timer like me, I know you will reach the destination you want.
Anyways, to sum up our adventure in this place, here is my short video for you! Enjoy Watching!
