Together with Sam & Audrey we were searching for the best Steak in Buenos Aires and we found it - here are our 2 favorite restaurants!

Steak is an important part of the Argentine culture as the country is famous for its good beef. A visit to a Parilla is one of the MUST DO's when you are visiting the country. Especially in Buenos Aires you can find many good places to enjoy some good Bife de Chorizo or Lomo.
This is why we were searching for a place where the food is delicious but not too pricey. Before we filmed this episode we tried out several restaurants and steak houses (Parillas) in the capital of Argentina. At the end we went to my favorite place in Palermo and to Sam & Audres's favorite spot in Recoleta.

We found Switzerland in Bariloche Argentina! 80+ Countries w/3 kids
Join us for our trip to Bariloche Argentina! We arrived in this picture perfect town near the Chilean Border from Buenos Aires with Aerolineas Argentinas and we even got to fly business class. Sweeeet….
Bariloche is a famous ski resort that is packed with tourists practicing winter sports anytime from late June to September. However, for the adventurers that happen to be there during the summer (like us) this South American ski center transforms into paradise with stunning forests, mountains, and lakes as far as the eye can see in the Patagonian Lake District. The mountains are green and the city looks more like a gigantic garden full of flowers in every color imaginable. This is the perfect time in Bariloche for other outdoor activities such as trekking, bike riding and swimming in one of the many lakes.
Or if you have limited time rent a car and do a roadtrip around the 7 lakes. We did just that and didn’t regret it. The experience was breathtaking...

Buenos Aires Beaches
Does Buenos Aires have Beaches? Well there are beaches but not in the area of central Buenos Aires. You will need to travel further out of the city.
For a coastal beach you need to head to the Atlantic Coast.
The nearest beaches are a approximately a 4-5 hour journey from Buenos Aires. These are the northern beaches of the Province of Buenos Aires. They are made up of coastal towns and resorts that extend from San Clemente down to Villa Gesell and beyond. A very chilled out place to visit with nice beaches is Mar Azul. To get to the coast you can take a coach from the Retiro Bus Terminal in Buenos Aires. It is recommended to treat yourself to at least a few days on the coast of Argentina.
For a freshwater beach and closer to Buenos Aires you can head to the beautiful Tigre Delta. This is an hour north of Buenos Aires.
Here you can catch small ferries, known as a Lanchas out to this labyrinth of waterway. Within the Delta are many guest-houses, cabins, bungalows and campsites, as well as restaurants. Many have riverside beaches and swimming pools where you can cool off. As the Delta is huge with a lot to offer, it is best to pop into the tourist office next to the McDonald's at the Port of Tigre first. They will put you on track of what places will best suit you.
