5 Things American Tourists Shouldn't Wear in Europe
Please Note: Young People Wear Many of These Styles Throughout Europe. These tips are geared toward 35+ year old travelers. Thanks for watching!

Heading to Europe & Not Sure What to Pack? Here are a few things that my fellow US travelers may want to avoid packing if they are traveling to Europe.
1. Baseball Caps: Europeans in general do not wear baseball caps, especially backwards. You would be better served to wear a more traditional hat. You will see an occasional NY Yankee hat, but why not buy the fancy hat you always wanted instead?
2. Athletic Wear: Europeans tend to wear athletic wear to do sports, not to wear around town. There is a trend of more athleisurewear in Europe, but it is not to the extent that there is in US.
3. Khakis: the omnipresent US male pant choice is not something you will see too often in Europe. Go for colored pants or jeans. If you want khaki like pants wear Chinos instead of Dockers. The pants you will see are a thinner cut or skinnier fit than in the US.
4. Oversized US University Sweatshirts.
5. Sport Shoes or High Heals: US sport shoes and white socks are not quite as popular in Europe as they are in the US. You may be better off with Urban Street shoes like Vans instead. Also, women should be careful with high heels as with all the cobblestone it is easy to hurt your ankles.

Village Tourism - homestay & canyoning in Lwang Ghalel Nepal
Lwang Ghalel village of Nepal is one of the most successful models village tourism. The village is in easy access from Pokhara, the capital of western region of Nepal. Yet it retains its century old cultural heritage. The village is self sufficient and people are simple with less expectation to be happier. Life style is primitive and labor intensive with simple handmade tools.
You can learn about the village tour package at
Lwang village is perched high up above the Mardi river draining southwest face of Mt Fishtail and Mardi Himal. The silvery Annapurna South (7,216 m), Huinchuli (6,460 m,) Mardi Himal and Mt Fishtail makes the backdrop of the charming Lwang village with honeycombed two storied houses with slated roofs.
Money is less used in the village as they grow and produce almost everything they need. Trading of goods and exchange of labor still thrives. People love merry making and festivity. The traditional institution of ‘Rodhi’ is still the way of entertainment. Bedecked in traditional attire, the teenagers group up to sing duet in special occasions and weekend.
The insurgency and political instability in last couple of decades however changed the socio-dynamics of the Nepal. Villages like Lwang saw mass exodus of young population. Hundreds of thousands of youths flee the country to work in middle east, Malaysia and other countries. The money sent home made their family abandon farming and live lazy life in nearby town or big cities. 25% of Nepal’s GDP now is from remittance. As a result country suffered badly during the unofficial Indian blockade of 2015.
However village like Lwang were less effected and the life was normal as a result of village tourism. About 12 houses in Lwang village have prepared guest rooms under community homestay. The household are dedicated to cook organic vegetables and cereals grown in their garden and fields. With the help of Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP), about 100 farmers established tea factory and planted tea in 50 hectors of abandoned land. Your homestay host have best handmade tea leaves to take as souvenir.

Farm Tour - Amy's Farm - Ontario California
California travel expert Veronica Hill of tours Ontario, California, for a good old-fashioned farm tour.
Specializing in Holstein calves and holistic gardening, Amy's farm tours are a great example of California agritourism.
Farm tourism has increased in popularity in recent years, especially in Italy and California, where vineyards are plentiful.
On these farming tours, you'll help feed farm animals, harvest fresh herbs, and learn more about milk production with Teena, a brown Swiss cow who weighs more than 1,000 pounds.
At the petting zoo, you can cuddle with baby goats, feed fresh organic vegetables to hungry piglets, or get up close and personal with your Thanksgiving dinner.
But the highlight is a visit to Nursery Lane where you can bottle feed a Holstein calf.
Next time you're in Southern California, consider booking one of Amy's farm tours. It's a hands-on experience that's educational and fun.
Amys Farm is at 7698 Eucalyptus Ave., Ontario California.
Getting there: From I-60 exit south on Euclid Ave., turn left on Edison Ave. and right on Bonview Ave. Turn right on Eucalyptus Ave. and enter the farm. Follow the dirt road inside to the parking area.

Trip to Ecuador with Patricio Fernández tour guide
Trip to Ecuador with Patricio Fernández tour guide - Ecuador & Galapagos Islands tourism
Travel Videos HD, World Travel Guide
Ecuador is a country in Northwestern South America, with a Pacific Ocean coastline, lying on the Equator between Colombia, to the northeast, and Peru, to the south and east.
Cotopaxi is the world's highest active volcano. Many cities and sites in Ecuador are listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Such cities and best known places are the Galapagos Islands, and the city of Cuenca.
Ecuador is the most biodiverse country in the world. Ecuador has over one hundred different types of hummingbirds and thousands of orchid varieties. Cuyabeno Wild Life Reserve, Mindo and San Luis de Pambil are all good places to see many types of flora and fauna. The Galapagos Islands are justly famed for their wildlife.
The Cuyabeno Wild Life Reserve is probably the best place to see the Amazon Rainforest in Ecuador, even though there are other national parks which are also interesting (such as the Yasuni National Park). It's a place of high biodiversity and nature lovers should feel in paradise. That's a good way to discover the indigenous communities of Ecuador and to eventually meet a local shaman. It's necessary to get to Lago Agrio to reach the reserve. Private transportation is made possible by the local accommodation, which is provided by eco-lodges.
The beaches in Ecuador are amazing, including: Salinas, Bahia de Caraquez, Manta, Crucita, San Jacinto, and San Clemente. They offer very inexpensive hotel accommodations, great food and friendly people. But there are also very upmarket establishments as well.

Sinharaja Rainforest & bodinagla sri lanka
Located in south-west Sri Lanka, Sinharaja is the country's last viable area of primary tropical rainforest. More than 60% of the trees are endemic and many of them are considered rare. There is much endemic wildlife, especially birds, but the reserve is also home to over 50% of Sri Lanka's endemic species of mammals and butterflies, as well as many kinds of insects, reptiles and rare amphibians.
Sri Lanka's tropical rain forest, the Sinharaja is a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. One of the few virgin forests left in the world. Visitors are required to obtain permits from the Wildlife Department in order to visit this sanctuary. Streams, springs, rivers, waterfalls, leopard, monkeys, butterflies and moths, rare trees, valuable shrubs and medicinal herbs are all found within its green canopy. A trek along prescribed paths would provide nature lovers with a never to be forgotten experience of sights and sounds.
The largest mammal in the forest is the rarely spotted leopard, also infrequently glimpsed are the rusty spotted and wild fishing cats. Sambhur, barking deer and wild boar browse on the forest floor. The more common troops of purple-faced languor monkeys will chatter and move through the trees above you, but you're more likely to hear them than actually see them. There are also rats, shrews, giant squirrels, porcupines, civets, mongooses, venomous snakes, 20 species of birds and 45 species of reptiles!.
