Tisens is a comune in South Tyrol in northern Italy, located about 15 kilometres northwest of the city of Bolzano. The commune is home to Castle Katzenzungen which harbors a 350+ year old vine of the Italian wine grape variety Versoaln that is considered one of the world's oldest and largest single grapevines in existence.

The Tre Cime di Lavaredo , also called the Drei Zinnen , are three distinctive battlement-like peaks, in the Sexten Dolomites of northeastern Italy. They are probably one of the best-known mountain groups in the Alps. The three peaks, from east to west, are: Cima Piccola / Kleine Zinne Cima Grande / Große Zinne Cima Ovest / Westliche Zinne . The peaks are composed of well-layered dolostones of the Dolomia Principale formation, Carnian to Rhaetian in age, as are many other groups in the Dolomites . Until 1919 the peaks formed part of the border between Italy and Austria. Now they lie on the border between the Italian provinces of South Tyrol and Belluno and still are a part of the linguistic boundary between German-speaking and Italian-speaking majorities. Lake Molveno is a lake in Trentino, Italy. The only settlement is Molveno, located at the north end of the basin. The lake marks the boundary between the Group of the Brenta Dolomites to the west and the Paganella - Mount Gazza to the south east). In 1952 the lake was drained to allow the construction of collectors and conduits to feed the power plant of S. Massenza. On this occasion a petrified forest submerged at the time of the lake's formation was found on the bed of the lake. The analysis with radiocarbon carried out in the laboratory of nuclear geology of the University of Pisa has established that the formation of Lake Molveno dates back to the early Iron Age. .

The Ponte Vecchio or Ponte degli Alpini is the covered wooden pontoon bridge designed by the architect Andrea Palladio in 1569. The bridge is located in Bassano del Grappa and was destroyed many times, the last time in World War II. The bridge spans the river Brenta. The Brenta river was an important means of communication in the 18th century from the mountains of Grappa to Venice.

In this beautiful village near Treviso, in the hills of Prosecco, the well-known event dedicated to the local IGP chestnut comes back every year. The chestnut festival, on its 70th edition, is always an important event for fans and gourmets. Combai is the perfect place to taste both great IGP chestnuts, prepared in the huge “rostidore”, and the excellent Prosecco and “verdiso”, together with pastries, honey, jams and chestnut ice cream. On Saturday afternoon and on Sunday, during the festival, arts and crafts, exhibitions, music and puppets animate the city quarters in the Fantastica Via. Combai. Nello splendido borgo Trevigiano, tra le colline del Prosecco torna la manifestazione dedicata al marrone Igp locale: La festa dei Marroni è un appuntamento sempre importante per appassionati e buongustai.Giunta ormai alla sua 70^ edizione è il luogo ideale per degustare sia gli ottimi marroni IGP, preparati nelle gigantesche rostidore, che gli ottimi prosecco e verdiso, nonché dolci, miele, marmellate e gelato di marroni. Al sabato pomeriggio e domenica arti e mestieri, spettacoli, musica e burattini animeranno le contrade nella “Fantastica Via”.
