The Space
There is a hot spring on the premises which has been protected by my ancestors for 400 years. The name of the spring is The Tsuruno-yu
Guests can soak themselves in onsen every day except Wednesday during their stay.
Now people come from all over the world to experience the power of this hot spring.
Our apartment has onsen hot spring in the same block. Guests can soak themselves in onsen every day except Wednesday during their stay.
The hot spring includes an open-air bath, a cold water bath, and there is also a sauna available. Business hours are from 3:30pm until 12 midnight. Of course we provide free entry tickets to the baths. (The sauna is charged separately.)
The major subway which is close to here will be Toei Shinjuku Line Funabori Station .
* Finding the apartment *
Guests will be provided with detailed map of how to get to the apartment and obtain keys. Keys will be safely stored in secret place outside the building.
This apartment is located next building to the apartment already listed.
* Getting to main sites in Tokyo *
Closest train station: Funabori station - about 5-min walk.
Akihabara: Toei Shinjyuku line from Funabori to Iwamoto-cho station which takes about 15 mins. Akihabara electric town is about 5-min walk from Iwamoto-cho station.
Asakusa: About 25 mins by taking train from Funabori station to Bakuro Yokoyama station and walk for a few mins to Higashi Nihonbashi station of Toei Asakusa-line.
Tokyo Disneyland: About 40 mins. First by taking a train one stop to Ichinoe station and take a bus to the Disneyland.
Tokyo station: About 25 mins by taking Toei Shinjyuku line to Ogawa-cho and switch to Marunochi line to Tokyo station.
Tokyo skytree (Oshiage): About 20 mins
Shibuya: about 40 mins
Roppongi: about 45 mins

This is a room for practicing the Japanese art of the tea ceremony.
It is highly recommended for people who wish to know more about Japanese culture.
The tableware consists of Japanese ceramics and bamboo work.
The room is 28 meters squared. It also has a balcony.
The kitchen, toilet, and shower room are independent of the Japanese-style room.
The main Japanese-style room has a tatami floor.
There are three sets of bedding, including two large sets and one standard Japanese sized set. This bedding offers a comfortable night's sleep.
There is a public bath and a laundromat on the premises.
The laundromat has a large sized drying machine.
Nearby, there is an organized walking course along the river.
The room is limited to three people, but for a spacious stay we recommend it for two people.

The Neighborhood
■ Overview of neighborhood
The apartment is six minutes away from Funabori Station, the area is quiet, and the residents are all nice people. There are lots of small restaurants in the area, and travelers are very welcome.
There is also a supermarket, three minutes walk away from the apartment. It is convenient for buying daily necessities, food, and medical supplies.
On the premises of the apartment, there is a hot spring with a 400 year history. It also has a sauna. In Japan this is called a Public Bath←”Sen-to and people pay to enter the baths. However this apartment provides special tickets to enter, so please make use of them. (The sauna is charged separately.)
Eat some delicious food, relax in the hot spring, and make yourself feel at home in the room.
