1. Bobovac Vares
Bobovac is a fortified city of medieval Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is located near today's Vareš and the village of Borovica. The city was built during the reign of Stephen II, Ban of Bosnia, and was first mentioned in a document dating from 1349. It shared the role of seat of the rulers of Bosnia with Kraljeva Sutjeska, however Bobovac was much better fortified than the other. Bosnian King Stephen Tomašević moved the royal seat to Jajce during his war with the Ottoman Empire. The Ottomans invaded the city in 1463. Its fall hastened the Ottoman conquest of Bosnia. Bobovac is now a protected cultural site. HKD Napredak releases a monthly magazine called Bobovac.

At km 3 from Bijeljina towards the Pavlovic Bridge, in the heart of the Semberija lowlands, the Stanisic family have built their Stanisic Ethno Village on 5 ha of ground.
The Stanisic Ethno Village is a village of some 20 authentic wooden houses, including a milk house, a smithy, an ambar (a wooden structure for storing grain), old houses and a large guesthouse, all of them brought there from villages of Vares Municipality and villages of Mount Zvijezda and Mount Romanija.

Bosnian road M-17 (01. Sarajevo city southwest - Hadžići town)
Journey through Bosnia and Herzegovina, along the state road M-17.[read more below]
This video begins at the southwestern exit from Sarajevo city, just before the main city road splits between a local road towards Ilidža downtown (straight on) and a fast motorway toward Hadžići town (right bend).
Later on it goes straight through Mostarsko Raskršće junction, continuing toward Hadžići town.
The video ends at the intersection between roads M-17 (straight on toward Konjic town) and R-442a (left turn into Hadžići town and toward Igman mountain), at the entrance point into Hadžići town.
The video was recorded on 13.05.2013., using a GoPro Hero HD 1 video camera mounted on the outer side of the front windscreen of a Volkswagen Polo Mk5 car.
Audio recording has been discarded because it contains only wind noises.
