Subject to gaining the appropriate permissions, there is the possibility to develop some of the outbuildings (currently used as workshop and storage space) to create additional accommodation.

The well tended gardens slope gently away from the property and are a mixture of lawns, mature trees and herbaceous beds with attractive planting arrangements. This was an vintage 2cv anniversary tour for a professional photographer and her husband touring enchanted and hidden places in Paris with a stop at the I Love You Wall in Montmartre and lunch in an amazing 19th century park.
