I was invited to a small local village to visit my friends family. There lives only around 200 people and most of them had never seen a foreigner before today!
Now I can actually say that I've seen a real China, local life, their living conditions, their everyday life, untouched nature and much more!

Paul’s flight to Shanghai, China was the ninth flight of the 12 world flights Paul took on his 2014 Solo Around The World 25 Day Adventure. On Saturday, September 27, 2014, Paul’s Air China flight left late at about 2:10 pm from Chongqing’a Jiangbei International Airport and arrived at Shanghai’s Pudong International Airport at about 4:50 pm. The flight covered the 894 mile distance in about 2 hours/40 minutes.
Shanghai is the largest Chinese city by population and the largest city proper by population in the world with a population of more than 24,000,000+ million. The City is a global financial center and a transport hub with the world's busiest container port. Located in the Yangtze River Delta in East China, Shanghai’s East Coast is on the East China Sea. Asia’s busiest shopping street Nanjing Road is located in Shanghai’s city center together with the historic Bund area which borders on the Huangpu River, a tributary of the Yangtze River which flows into the East China Sea. The economic reforms introduced by Deng Xiaoping resulted in Shanghai’s meteoric growth and the creation of major redevelopment projects such as the modern Pudong District’s Financial Center Area.
