I’m from Penang, a small island in Malaysia. Currently living in South Korea.
Here are some places that you should visit when you come to South Korea at Mapo-Gu area. People usually visit Korea because of kpop, shopping, and food. However, sometimes it is nice and enjoying to have a cup of coffee or beer to chill at the park or eating a hot & spicy cup ramen in a cold weather. I visited those places around Fall 2017.

On the last Saturday, I went to Haneul Park(sky park) in Sang-ahm, Seoul, South Korea.
Now it's Autumn season in Korea, so I hoped to feel real fall in seoul.
Haneul Park is famous place for enjoying beautiful silver grasses
We Visited Yangju Nari Park (양주시 나리공원 체험관광농원) to see the globe amaranth (천일홍)
Hello Kawaii Friends! In this video, I will take you to Yangju Nari Park (양주시 나리공원 체험관광농원) to see the globe amaranth (천일홍). We went on September 3, and the flowers were in full bloom. If you love visiting fields of flowers I highly recommend this place as a short day trip from Seoul. It is about an hour outside of Seoul, and there are not too many people there.
On the way home, we stopped at a Korean rest stop. You can see how different it is from American rest stops. What are rest stops like in your country?
