Behind the scenes: The Shimantogawa is a 196 kilometer long river in the heartland of Shikoku. Being remote from big cities and having no dams it is also called «Japan’s last clear stream». The landmark of the river are its submersible bridges that are made without railings in order to withstand floods. They call it «chinkabashi» in Japan. The Shimantogawa area is also a perfect place a bicycle tour. You can rent a bicycle at Ekawasaki station and ride 40 kilometers along the river to Nakamura / Shimanto. It’s a downhill ride. I made this tour in May 2018.
Technical infos: I used a DJI Mavic Pro drone for the aerial shots and fixed a DJI Osmo+ (the DJI Osmo Pocket didn’t exist at the time) and a Crystal Sky display on the front of my bicycle.

GoPro - Rural Japan, Kochi, Tosayamada - Bike ride
I recorded this in August 2015, while I was studying in Japan in the KUT (Kochi University of Technology). It's a ride from the campus to Tosayamada (the nearest town) during the local festivities.
