Palmer Mountain
Panoramic views of Palmer Lake. Palmer Lake is 2100 acres in size. It has 9.9 miles of shoreline. The lake is right out of Loomis, Washington. Palmer Lake in Okanogan County has Smallmouth Bass, Whitefish, Kokanee, Burbot, Black Crappie, Sockeye Salmon and Yellow Perch. Palmer actually holds the Burbot state record that was around 17 lbs. Burbot can also be caught with set lines during the winter while ice fishing. The Lake is year around fishing. Unfortunately most of the Lakefront is Public Lands. There is a small strip of land that has homes on it, but these properties are extremely rare. There are only 24 houses on Palmer Lake. There is a public beach with a boat launch and restrooms. This is some Lake! Check out for all of our videos and Blog! To see only our videos go to and to see all of our drone videos go to: We cover everything from beaches to the towns. The Gnarliest DH Trail in Alaska!
Take a tour of the Hills Have Trails Compound without the need for bullet proof vests, blast goggles or riot gear! This area just might be the best downhill bike area in Alaska.
Always park a car at the base area to avoid becoming a target. Bikers are few and far between in comparison to the shooters, dirt bikes, 4x4 and other users, so be wise, be safe and enjoy this wild wild west type of multi use area!
Alaska ATVing - What a Day
We spent the day (11 hours) ATVing across the backcountry of Alaska on our way to Knik Glacier. This was awesome and I would HIGHLY recommend it. We have been ATVing before on tours but it was nothing like this. Loved every minute of it!

We are a family owned and operated company. Rob and Linda (Mom and Dad) have lived in Alaska for almost 50 years. Matti (daughter) has lived in Alaska her whole life and Dan, who married into the family, is a transplant from the lower 48.
We all love to share our passion for the majestic state of Alaska with you. We decided to be part of the Tourism Industry just a few short years ago, and there in lies the beginning of our journey. We began by searching for the perfect plot of land to build our stand alone, full service, cottages. In 2016 we found The Property and began to plan our accommodations. We believe we found the PERFECT piece of land that has a 270 degree view of the surrounding mountains including the iconic Pioneer Peak.
Our mission is to a provide a comfortable place to stay, with amazing views and many opportunities to explore Alaska just the way you like. With our knowledge of Alaska we are confident that we can help you create the vacation of a lifetime.
