The Miss Alena was another of the new and beautiful Shrimp Boats meant for being able to produce the best of the wild shrimp catches by being able to flash freeze their catch and stay out longer to make each trip count to the max. Here comes da Judge, last years winner of the Best Decorated Shrimp Boat, once again was in great form with Mermaids swimming up from the deep to decorate the boat with their colorful tails. The Judge got it's engines working just in time to receive the Blessing of the Fleet and to participate in the judging for the 2015 Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival's Best Decorated Boat competition. Forgiven Shrimp Boat at The 2015 Shrimp Festival, Fernandina Beach, Florida
Part of the Shrimp Festival is the Blessing of the Fleet. The boats line up for the blessing by the Priest, then they get in line to parade their stuff before the judges to see who wins the Best Decorated Boat. Forgiven chose God Bless America as its theme and carried it off well with a huge American Flag draped over its shrimp nets.
