Police in Fullerton, California, have released video of an officer fatally shooting a 17-year-old driver after a traffic incident earlier this month, and say she was holding the replica of a handgun in a shooting stance toward the officer.

Anaheim's Angel's Are Watching You
At the March 7th 2017 Anaheim City Council meeting a gentleman spoke about the Anaheim police helicopter Angel, (Angel is what Anaheim calls it's police helicopters because of the Angel's baseball team) after he was done speaking I tried to inquire more about the helicopter and he said he was in fear of his life and could not trust anyone. I did some research about what he was talking about and I was disturbed at what I found, I then went to the March 21st Anaheim City Council meeting with my findings.

ANAHEIM - At 5:45 am Anaheim Police received a call from the Cortona Hotel on Harbor Blvd about a man that had been shot. The man in his 20's walked into the lobby of the Disney neighbor hotel and asked staff to call for help. It is unclear why the man was shot but police were interviewing witnesses at the scene. The Anaheim Police are not releasing much information at this time about the shooting but have an active investigation underway.

Anaheim DUI roll over
ANAHEIM - On 10-31-18 at approximately 12:30am, Anaheim police and fire responded to a roll over traffic accident at La Palma Avenue and Anna Drive. They arrived to find an overturned car that had struck several parked cars. The driver of the vehicle was able to self extricate. The driver declined transport but was arrested on suspicion of DUI.

ANAHEIM HILLS, Calif. (KABC) -- A wind-driven brush fire raced through several Orange County cities, charring 6,000 acres and igniting several homes ablaze on Monday.
The fast-moving vegetation fire, which has been dubbed the Canyon Fire 2, prompted 1,000 evacuations for homes in Anaheim Hills, Orange, Orange Park Acres and Tustin and triggered freeway closures in the area.
The blaze was impacting 5,000 structures, fire officials said, and no evacuees were expected to be allowed back into their homes for the rest of the night.
The fire was first reported shortly before 10 a.m. on the eastbound 91 Freeway near the 241 interchange in Anaheim Hills. By 9 p.m., the fire scorched 6,000 acres and was 5 percent contained, Cal Fire officials confirmed in an afternoon press conference.
The blaze, which was initially estimated to be 25 acres, quickly jumped the 241 Freeway and spread into the surrounding areas, which are densely populated.
Monday night, officials confirmed 24 structures were damaged in the blaze.
At least five homes were seen on fire along Canyon Heights Drive. Winds quickly pushed the flames from a ridge onto homes. The gusty conditions also blew around hot embers, causing the fire to spread from house to house.
An area resident named Adam was seen hosing down his friend's house along Canyon Heights Drive - as a house just across the street was engulfed in flames.
We piled like 25 kids from Running Springs into our car, just got them away. Their parents came and picked them up at our house, he said.
He said he's lived in the area for years and knows how fierce the winds can get.
It's probably going to get worse before it gets better, he said.Some distance away, two more homes were seen completely destroyed in a neighborhood off of Serrano Avenue and Hidden Canyon Road. One of those homes was located along E. Via El Estribo.
Two other homes -- one on Tamarisk Drive and another on a private street off of Tamarisk Drive - were also burned in the blaze.
In Orange Park Acres, a popular hiking spot along Skylark Lane was also seen filled with spot fires as firefighters fought to keep flames from entering neighborhoods in the area. Shortly before 8 p.m., when the winds died down, a large home in the 19500 block of Windes Drive was seen on AIR7 HD fully engulfed in flames.
Flames also tore across Peters Canyon Regional Park, where several residents were working to clean up the area after a fire break.
As you walked around the corner out of the neighborhood, when this park exploded, there were 20 to 50-foot flames, and you felt it 100 yards away, said Orange resident Jeff Rice.
Within an hour, the land looked barren -- a smoky, desolate wasteland.
One thousand fire personnel were battling the aggressive flames from the ground, Steven Beach of Cal Fire said. Ten helicopters and 12 fixed-wing aircraft were fighting the fire from the sky. One firefighter was injured, possibly from smoke inhalation. The firefighter was airlifted to UCI Medical Center and was expected to be OK.
California Gov. Jerry Brown declared a state of emergency in Orange County, as well as counties in Northern California due to the fires.

Bodycam Shows Anaheim Police Arrest Justin Bryan Perkins Who Stopped Breathing Whilst In Custody

APD Officers Lee and Wang were dispatched in response to a possible assault. John Doe 1 provided the two officers with a statement about what had occurred and told officers that a male subject had punched him in the head unprovoked. The officers arrived at the apartment where Perkins was living with his uncle, and initially made contact with Perkins when he opened the front door to the apartment unit.
Officers attempted to initiate questioning with Perkins but were unable to elicit coherent details about the altercation he was referencing. Perkins continued to become more agitated throughout the approximately three-minute interaction in the doorway.
This culminated with Perkins attacking the two officers, causing them to respond by using their fists, Tasers, and batons, all to seemingly no avail until Perkins fell to the ground outside and was eventually subdued once Officer Wang was able to place him into a carotid restraint hold.
Officer Lee suffered the loss of a portion of his pinkie finger, which was severed by Perkins when he bit it off, and Officer Wang suffered a fractured hand. Both officers required surgery for their injuries. Based on a review of all the available evidence and the video from the [body worn camera], it is clear that the conduct of the officers in attempting to stop Perkins’ attack was completely reasonable under the circumstances.
What began as a misdemeanor assault investigation by the officers quickly turned into the officers fighting for their lives. When officers were finally able to gain control of Perkins and place him in handcuffs, they did everything they could to tend to him and his injuries.
Initially, Perkins was still alert, breathing, and had a pulse. He appeared to suffer from only cuts and abrasions that were incurred during the fight with Officers Lee and Wang. Regardless, paramedics had been called and were en route. Once Officers Edgar and Reynoso arrived on scene and took custody of Perkins from Officers Lee and Wang, they assisted him to his feet and began attempting to walk him to the parking lot in order to meet the paramedics.
Instead, while they were walking, Perkins began using his hands to try to grab at the officers. As a result, they placed him on the ground again and waited for the paramedics. During this entire time, Perkins remained breathing.
While on the ground the second time, he began kicking his feet around, preventing officers from controlling them. As a result, officers applied a hobble restraint to his legs to keep him from kicking them or breaking free from their grasp. Perkins remained alert and breathing for approximately 16 minutes after being initially handcuffed at the conclusion of the fight, and once even responded “yeah” in response to Officer Edgar’s question as to whether Perkins could stand up.
Once Perkins’ breathing ceased, CPR was immediately administered. Concurrently, when officers could no longer find a pulse, they immediately retrieved the necessary defibrillator (the AED). After attaching the AED pads to the appropriate locations on Perkins’ chest, the AED analyzed Perkins’ heart rhythm, and directed the officers that no shock was advised.
On one occasion, approximately two minutes after Perkins’ breathing initially ceased, Officer Edgar noted that Perkins was breathing once again. However, the officers noted that his breathing was “coming and going,” and therefore continued with CPR.
Less than six minutes after Perkins’ initial loss of breathing, paramedics arrived and took over medical care of Perkins. Perkins was transported to the hospital, where he was eventually declared to be in “critical condition.”
Perkins remained at the hospital and his health status continued to decline before he was declared deceased on October 31, 2018. The coroner determined that Perkins’ death was a result of acute polydrug intoxication due to the combined effects of Methorphan and Bupropion and ruled the manner of death accidental.

Anaheim fatal hit and run
ANAHEIM: ON 11-24-18 at approximately 9pm, Anaheim police and fire responded to a traffic accident involving a pedestrian at Haster Street and Leatrice Lane. They arrived to find a female laying in the street. The car that struck the pedestrian had fled the scene. The pedestrian was taken to a hospital in critical condition. The victim was pronounced deceased three days later. The suspect in the hit and run has also been taken into custody.

Arizona Police Department Releases Body-cam Footage of Punching Incident
Renee Armenta was pulled over by a Goodyear Police Department officer on Sept. 6, 2018. She said that the officer punched her after accusing her of resisting arrest.
A video posted to social media by an onlooker sparked outcry.

Anaheim pursuit fiery crash
ANAHEIM: On 11-30-18 at approximately 3:30pm, Anaheim police responded to a residential burglary in the 500 block of south Melrose Street. They arrived to find a burglary
had occurred and that a Mercedes Benz was stolen. Officers found the vehicle in the area which led to a pursuit. The suspect drove through a shopping center near Lincoln
Avenue and Lemon Street. The suspect lost control and rolled the vehicle which landed next to a commercial strip center. The car caught fire and the suspect was not
cooperating. Officers fired less than lethal rounds to break the back window of the vehicle. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to a local hospital for
evaluation. No other injuries were reported.

On Sunday, February 3, 2019, At approximately 1:45 p.m. At least 5 people died following a small Cessna plane crash that caused a structure fire at one home & damage to several others on the 19000 block of Crestknoll Drive, Yorba Linda, Orange County, California, United States of America.
At a news conference Lt. Cory Martino of the Orange County Sheriff’s Department confirmed there are five individuals deceased as a result of the incident, including the pilot & four individuals who had been in the home at the time of the crash, two other individuals are being treated for injuries, the pilot’s name has been positively identified as 75-year-old Tony Pastini, allegedly a retired Chicago Police Department officer who was visiting his daughter, the Coroner is in the process of positively identifying the four additional deceased.
Antonio Pastini, 75, of Gardnerville, Nevada, was identified as the pilot on Monday, authorities initially believed he was a former police officer but have since then learned he was not affiliated with the Chicago Police Department, a spokeswoman with the Orange County Sheriff's Department named Carrie Braun said: We were contacted by the Chicago Police Department & they reported that they have no record of (Pastini) him as being a former officer, a fake police badge & other documents were found after the crash.
Tony Pastini, aka Jordan Isaacson, was a pilot & a restaurant owner, first he owned a Chicago-style Italian restaurant in Nevada & then a sushi restaurant in Carson City, his daughter Julia Ackley said: I'd prefer not to comment & let investigators do their job, my father is exactly who he said he was, the Chicago Police Department said that they are not investigating the case as a possible fraud because the potential suspect is already dead, & federal crash investigators don't believe the CPD fake credentials had anything to do with the actual plane crash.
A Chicago Police Department police official said that the numbered CPD badge found in Pastini's crashed plane had been reported lost in 1978, how it ended up in Tony Pastini's hands, & his plane on Sunday, are not known, occasionally CPD stars can be found for sale, even on eBay, along with badges & ID cards from other law enforcement agencies.
The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is currently completing an investigation of the incident to determine the cause, to assist with the investigation, the NTSB is asking residents with video accounts of the crash to email their videos to eyewitnessreport@ntsb.gov, residents who locate debris on their property are being asked to call the Orange County Sheriff’s Department at 714-647-7000, street closures will remain in the immediate area as the investigation & mitigation efforts continue.
In the wake of Sunday’s plane crash which claimed the lives of five individuals, Mayor Tara Campbell offered her condolences to those affected by the incident, stating, “On behalf of the City of Yorba Linda, I am deeply saddened & offer my most sincere condolences to the victims & families impacted by yesterday’s tragic plane crash, I encourage community members to continue to keep the affected families in their thoughts & prayers during this difficult time.” she also thanked the first responders who reported to the incident, stating, “I would also like to express my gratitude to Orange County Fire Authority, Orange County Sheriff’s Department, & the other first responders for their expedient response.”
Members of the community are invited to come together to honor the victims & support their families at a candlelight vigil on Thursday, February 7 at 7:30 p.m. at Glenknoll Elementary School at the outdoor courtyard, once the names of the victims have been released, information for those wishing to make a donation to the victims’ families will be provided to the public.
We say that the hour of death cannot be forecast, but when we say this, we imagine that the hour is placed in an obscure & distant future, it never occurs to us that it has any connection with the day already begun, or that death could arrive this same afternoon; this afternoon which is so certain, & which has every hour filled in advance. - Rest in peace
