Impeachment trial of President Trump | Jan. 29, 2020 (FULL LIVE STREAM)
House impeachment managers and President Trump’s lawyers have concluded their opening arguments in the Senate. The impeachment trial moves into the question period for both sides on Jan. 29, when senators submit questions in writing to Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. The chief justice will read questions out loud, alternating between the majority and minority for up to eight hours.
Trump was impeached by the House of Representatives in December for abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. Impeachment does not mean that the president has been removed from office. In the next phase, the Senate must hold a trial to make that determination. A Senate impeachment trial has happened only two other times in American history and once in the modern era. At the center of the Democrats’ case is that Trump sought to withhold military assistance and an Oval Office meeting until Ukraine announced investigations into former vice president Joe Biden and his son.

Murphys, originally Murphys New Diggings then Murphy's Camp, is an unincorporated village located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains in Calaveras County, California, United States. A former gold mining settlement, the main street today is lined with over two dozen wine tasting rooms and surrounded by local vineyards. The town is popular among tourists and transplants from the Central Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area. Murphys is also known by its colloquial nickname as Queen of the Sierra and is one of the more affluent communities in Calaveras County.
Popular attractions nearby include Calaveras Big Trees State Park and Bear Valley Ski Resort. The world's largest crystalline gold leaf is displayed just south of town at Ironstone Vineyards. The town also hosts an annual Irish Days parade and street fair every March on Main Street, with some years seeing over 35,000 people in attendance. The population was 2,213 at the 2010 census, up from 2,061 at the 2000 census.

The AMERIKA video was filmed in the ruins of the former chemical factory in Rüdersdorf near Berlin under the direction of Jörn Heitmann. It was the fourth video he directed for Rammstein. For two days, from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m., the band stood in front of the cameras. The spacesuits for the moon scenes were rented from Hollywood and 240 tons of ash were needed to create the moon landscape.

If you’re a lover of beautiful, imaginative print design, chances are you’ve noticed that the humble playing card has been enjoying something of a renaissance in recent years. Often, though, that beauty and imagination are reserved strictly for the tuck box alone, with the cards inside usually resembling the same ones you grew up with. Not so the “Borderline” deck, a labor of love lovingly crafted inside and out by San Diego’s Traina Design to celebrate “the colorful culture and characters along the frontera in our backyard.” Don’t get me wrong – this deck has one gorgeous box, which we will get to shortly. First, though, let’s take a look at those cards.
Financed off the back of a successful $15,000-plus Kickstarter campaign launched, appropriately enough, on Cinco de Mayo, the cards have a character all their own. Offset printed on Bicycle playing-card grade paper by the United States Playing Card Co., each of the 56 pieces features that card’s name in both Spanish and English on the front, and a uniform-yet-distinctive design on the back.
Yet it is with its 26 face cards that this pack truly sets itself apart from the rest. In keeping with the dual-culture theme of the deck, each features two main interpretations of the King, Queen and Jack – one reflecting California, one Mexico – with subtle variations for each of the four suits (hearts, clubs, spades and diamonds).
The King, for instance, depicts an American sheriff and a Mexican federale, emblazoned with the words “King/Rey.” The Jack’s masked Mexican luchador wrestler is mirrored by a Californian biker, complete with leather jacket boasting an appropriate motorcycle club name (e.g., Los Corazones [“hearts”] for the Jack of Hearts). An unusual, printed yellowish tinge to all the cards suggests they’ve been hanging around a saloon on either side of the border just waiting for the right people to come along and enjoy a friendly hand of poker or conquian.
As is often the case with today’s decks, it is with the tuck box that Traina Design has truly pulled out all the stops.
The whole package glimmers with beautiful copper foil, the front being particularly stunning. The delicate line work and embossing on display here really sells the illusion of a bull-horned car heading straight for you, while the distinctive slant of the “Borderlines” title ties in nicely with the way card names are presented within. Foiled skulls, roses and six-shooters all offer compelling accents to the rich Mahogany hue and soft cotton feel of the Mohawk Strathmore stock.

From the tune of Yankee Doodle this song is in honour of Conor McGregor as he took on another challenge by fighting undefeated boxing champion Floyd Mayweather. Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Conor McGregor fight took place on August 26, 2017 in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. The referee stopped the boxing match in the 10th round. Conor McGregor was tired because MMA fighters train for a maximum of 5 rounds; boxers train for 12 rounds. There is rumour that Floyd Mayweather has accepted Conor McGregor's invitation to fight him in the octagon in an MMA fight.
Conor Anthony McGregor (born 14 July 1988) is an Irish professional mixed martial artist and professional boxer who is currently signed to the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). He is the reigning UFC Lightweight Champion, and former UFC Featherweight Champion. During his mixed martial arts (MMA) career, McGregor has competed as a featherweight, lightweight, and welterweight.
In 2008, McGregor started his MMA career and, in 2012, he won both the Cage Warriors Featherweight and Lightweight Championships, holding both titles simultaneously before vacating them to sign with the UFC. In 2015, at UFC 194, he defeated José Aldo for the UFC Featherweight Championship via knockout thirteen seconds into the first round. This was the fastest victory in UFC title fight history. Upon defeating Eddie Alvarez for the UFC Lightweight Championship at UFC 205, McGregor became the first fighter in UFC history to hold titles in two weight divisions simultaneously.
McGregor has established himself as the biggest pay-per-view (PPV) draw in MMA history as he has main-evented four out of the six highest selling pay-per-view events in UFC history.
Conor has been in a relationship with his girlfriend, Dee Devlin, since 2008. Their first child, Conor Jack McGregor Jr., was born on 5 May 2017.
McGregor is fluent in Irish. He usually carries with him a hat that his grandfather frequently wore before he died.
McGregor often trains at the Mjölnir gym in Reykjavik, alongside fellow UFC fighter Gunnar Nelson. He has stated that he does not adhere to any pre-fight rituals or superstitions because he believes them to be a form of fear.
On 30 November 2016, McGregor obtained a professional boxing license from the California State Athletic Commission.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Conor McGregor, also known as The Money Fight, is an upcoming professional boxing match between undefeated eleven-time five-division professional boxing world champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. and current UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor. It will take place at the T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Nevada on August 26, 2017.
On August 23, 2017, the WBC unveiled a special belt that will go to the winner of the fight, the Money Belt; it is made from alligator leather and encrusted with 1.5 kg of 24-karat gold, 3,360 diamonds, 600 sapphires, and 300 emeralds.
Mayweather is expected to earn at least $100 million, increasing up to four times that amount if the event achieves all of its metrics. McGregor is expected to earn $75 million, but both men signed NDAs barring them from publicly communicating the financial details.
In the United States, the fight will be televised via Showtime pay-per-view, available through both traditional television providers and various digital services, including the Showtime website and the UFC's UFC.tv service. Fathom Events is also organizing public screenings. On July 10, 2017, it was announced that pricing for the PPV in the U.S. would mirror that of Mayweather vs. Pacquiao, being set at US$89.95 (with an additional $10 charge for high definition). It was also announced that Fox Sports (the television rightshoulder of the UFC) would provide shoulder programming for the fight, including coverage of the press tour on UFC Tonight, as well as a pre-show and preliminary card (similarly to those broadcast by Fox Sports 1 prior to UFC pay-per-views) on Fox and Fox Deportes. As with Mayweather vs. Pacquiao, Showtime is seeking an injunction against websites than plan to illegally stream the fight in violation of its copyrights.
Sky Sports Box Office will hold broadcasting rights to the fight in Ireland and the United Kingdom. Although it was initially believed that the price would match that of the U.S. PPV, the price was set at €24.95 and £19.95.

Union Station is the third-busiest rail terminal in the United States and the only intercity rail hub in Chicago. Most of Union Station is underground, but the headhouse building on Canal Street is the architectural focal point of the nearly 10-block complex. The project was started by Daniel Burnham in 1913 and completed by the firm of Graham, Anderson, Probst and White in 1925. The magnificent Beaux-Arts Great Hall is one of the busiest rooms in Chicago. But, unbeknownst to many, some fascinating parts of the station’s long, storied history are hidden behind closed doors just feet from where more than 120,000 commuters pass by every day.

For me, one of the ultimate American food meals to eat is awesome BBQ - when the meat is smoked perfectly so it slides off the bone, and the flavor is packed full of insane smokiness. My brother in law Derek had already been to Little Miss BBQ, but it was my first time to eat here, and I was so excited.
I arrived a little over an hour early to get in line, but luckily as soon as you pull up you get a number so that you don’t actually have to wait in line the entire time.
Scott and the entire crew at Little Miss BBQ are amazing, and you can immediately feel their passion and their genuine love for what they do and for the people they get to interact with everyday as a result of serving the best BBQ in Phoenix! Scott and his wife have an interesting and amazing grassroots history and start to their BBQ business. They first started making BBQ at home just because they loved doing it. Eventually they started competing in American BBQ competitions. At the beginning things didn’t go so well, but they kept going and perfecting their BBQ recipes and eventually started to win some of the competitions. Eventually they opened Little Miss BBQ, and it’s one of the best BBQ spots you’ll ever eat at.
So after getting the full tour of the restaurant and all the smoked meat, it was about time to open. You line up outside and the actual inside is quite small - most people either takeaway or eat outside.
I wanted to try a little of everything, so we got a giant tray of smoked BBQ meat including pork ribs, pulled pork, turkey, sausage, brisket, and beef ribs, with sides. Total price for the entire tray came to $92.70 - that was a lot of meat!
Thanks to my brother in law Derek for coming out to eat as well. We started with the beef ribs, and those are the best of the best. The meat falls apart and it was so insanely juicy and flavorful. The BBQ brisket will also blow you mind with its massive meaty flavor and juiciness. Finally my other top meat was the sausage, including jalapeno and a mix of meat and bacon.
Lastly, you have to eat your American food bbq feast with their famous pecan pie. And even though I’m not into sweets, a few bites at the end was amazing.
Little Miss BBQ is a phenomenal BBQ restaurant in Phoenix, Arizona. Not only will the quality and taste of the meat blow you away, but the passion of Scott and the entire crew are so genuine and so friendly, and that’s what makes it so good.
