Glacier National Park: Hike from Sun Point to St. Mary Falls
The hike from Sun Point to Baring Falls and then to St. Mary Falls is fairly easy, but is colorful and absolutely beautiful. At every corner, at every turn, there is a spectacular scenery.

US Highway 2 End-to-End road trip from Everett WA to Houlton ME. Here's a video that covers it all... at a speed equal to about 20,000 mph! All of the images are from my DashCam, which shoots still photos once per minute whenever I'm driving and video whenever I want. The music is by Stephen Jacob -- -- a truly extraordinary composer, pianist and friend. See more at

Hidden Lake Trail - Glacier NP - Montana
2009 footage from when I was a newbee videographer. This trail starts behind the Logan Pass Ranger Station and climbs a bit in elevation to eventually reveal this lovely lake tucked in-between the peaks. It's a short hike but the air is thin around 7,000 ft. and when the wind is kicking the way it was on this day it can be a challenge. The 20lb. packs we carry add to the difficulty but it is so worth it. This is where the Mountain Goats are (as seen in a previous video). The trail continues down to the lake but we did not venture that far as this was our second trail of the day.

- Glacier's Historic Boats - National Park
In 1910, when Glacier National Park was first established, early sightseers found that boat tours offered a comfortable and adventurous way to see the parks wild landscape.
In 1929, a Flathead Valley boat builder Billy Swanson finished building the DeSmet, a 57- foot-long boat that he launched onto Lake McDonald. It's been in operation ever since.
The DeSmet was the latest in a series of boats built by Swanson starting in the 1920s including Chief Two Guns, Morning Eagle, Sinopah and the International.
Today, one hundred years after the park's opening, these same classic boats still operate on Glacier's alpine lakes as part of the Glacier Park Boat Company a company owned and operated by the same family that ran tours on the lakes way back in the 1920s. For an adventure you won't soon forget, take a ride on Glacier's historic boats.

Going-to-the-Sun Road - Point of Interest: Lunch Creek
Need a break on the Going-to-the-Sun Road? Why not stop by Lunch Creek, a historic resting point for visitors to the park. Just don't step on the wildflowers and plants, a careless step can make a huge impact on this fragile eco-system. Watch the video to learn more.
