A ceremony to honor Pvt. Hugh McLaughlin (1835-1906) in recognition of his Civil War service and upon the dedication of a new headstone to mark his grave in the old cemetery section of the Greenwood Memorial Terrace, Spokane, Washington. Ceremony held October 6, 2012.
