Exclusive 3 rooms flat with balcony in Berlin Mitte
Exclusive 3 rooms flat with balcony in Berlin Mitte in a modern building in 2010. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and large living room with balcony.
The floors are in very nice parquet. The heat insulating windows provide light all day.
Floor heating is available in all rooms.
The fitted kitchen, including appliances, is included in the price, as well as fitted wardrobes, mirrors, curtains and ceiling lamps.
The apartment is also associated with a parking space in the underground garage and a cellar, both accessible by elevator.
Upon request you can also buy the other designer furniture in the flat for further 30,000 euros. These include a living room with two armchairs and black leather sofa (ligne Roset), table with chairs and bench, black library, two beds combined to make a double bed. In the small room there is a large lounge chair (Roset), convertible into a comfortable bed, a table and chair and a design lamp Tolomeo.
The building is very nice and cared for. The references to '30s style make it particularly interesting. Of particular beauty is the stairwell.
The metro stop is just a few minutes from home. Near the palace there are several supermarkets and shops of all kinds.
A short distance away you reach the famous Fischerinsel, the historic core of the city, now home to various embassies and the German Foreign Ministry. The area is therefore of great value.
A 10-minute walk will take you to Friedrichsstr. or the beautiful Gendarmenmarkt.

Best of Berlin
Depart the pier and take a short walk across to the train station to board your exclusively chartered standard train for an approximate 3 to 3 1/2 hour journey from Warnemunde to Berlin. While relaxing and watching the German countryside pass by, you'll be served a light breakfast snack. Upon arrival at one of Berlin's train stations, your local Berlin tour guide will welcome and assist you to board your coach. Depart on an exciting tour of Berlin, covering the top 10 highlights of this bustling city. Photo stops will be made at the East Side Gallery, a 3/4 mile long section of the Berlin wall, Checkpoint Charlie and at the Bebelplatz where below the ground level lies the Empty Library. You'll pass by the Potsdamer Platz, formerly a no man's land between East and West where the first gap in the Berlin Wall was made in 1989, and which is today a pristine block of futuristic glass-and-steel skyscrapers. A few blocks away from here, at the Holocaust Memorial, you'll have another opportunity for a photo stop before making your way over to the famous Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag government building. Enjoy a traditional German pub style lunch before continuing your tour. Next, there's an an outside visit to the Charlottenburg Palace, the oldest surviving Prussian palace, and then drive into the former western part of Berlin, along the Kurfuerstendamm, where you'll pass by the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial church and the largest department store on the continent of Europe, the KaDeWe. Continue passing Berlin's main train station with more than 80 shops that are all open seven days a week. Also, see the Victory column commemorating the Prussian victories. Depending on the order of the tour and timing, you'll have the opportunity to either spend some time at leisure at the Kurfuerstendamm, Friedrichstrasse or Berlin's Main Train Station (or similar), before transferring to the station for your return journey back to Warnemunde. Note: The order of the sights may vary.

MANDALA AT POSTDAMER PLATZ
Initially, the Potsdamer Platz was a crossroads located in the centre of Berlin with the first traffic lights ever installed. But within the years it became Europe's most busy traffic hub, home to culture, entertainment and shopping. Due to the destruction during the Second World War the Berlin government announced a design competition to find an architectural company for the planned rebuilding of the entire Potsdamer Platz. Italian architect Renzo Piano, who proposed the winning masterplan, and a team of international architects like Richard Rogers, Hans Kollhoff, Rafael Moneo, Arata Isozaki, Ulrike Lauber und Wolfram Wöhr were responsible for the urban renewal. As a result the Potsdamer Platz became Europe's largest construction site and developed to nowadays one of the most famous and exhilarating venues in Europe with approximately 100.000 visitors every weekend.
