Bexar County sees rise in teens involved in felony cases
The number of teens involved in felony-related crimes is on the rise, according to the Bexar County Juvenile Probation Department.

IT WAS BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION THAT IT WAS ALLEGED THAT BEXAR COUNTY PROSECUTORS HAVE NOT BEEN FOLLOWING BY THEIR ETHICAL CODE OF PRACTICE AND IT HAS ALSO BEEN ALLEGED THAT NOW THEY ARE BARRED IF THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THE WAY OF THE COURT OF CRIMINAL APPEALS OF TEXAS. THE COURTS HAVE NOTICED THEIR DE NOVO THEORY TO OUR WAY OF LAW THAT IS APPLICABLE. WHO MUST NOW SUPPRESS THE RULE OF LAW AS WE ALL MAY KNOW 90% OF ALL CASES NEVER MAKE IT TO TRIAL. WE NOW MAKE AN OATH TO DESCEND THAT NUMBER BY 50%. IN THE BEXAR COUNTY PROSECUTORS OFFICE CASES MUST BE PROSECUTED UNI FORMALLY BY DEDICATED PROSECUTORS THAT SEARCH FOR TRUTH. THE DISCOMFORT WITH FAVORITISM AND MISCONDUCT BY NOT UPHOLDING THE STANDINGS IN THE TEXAS CONSTITUTION AND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES AND WE AFFIRM NOT TO UPHOLD THAT POSITION BUT TO VOIR DIRE (SPEAK THE TRUTH) AND TO SEND NOTICE OF SANCTIONS TO ALL THAT DESERVE IF OUR RULE OF LAW IS NOT UPHELD THROUGH THE DECISIONS WE PASS DOWN. THERE WILL BE MORE CASE LOADS AND LESS PLEA AGREEMENTS WITH YOUR MENS REA THINKING. PEOPLE I WILL SHARE THE FACT THAT SPEEDING IS NO CRIME MANY HAVE FOOLED YOU INTO THE BELIEF THAT YOU SHOULD BE FINED FOR SPEEDING AND THAT IS VERY UNTRUE. THE LAW IN YOUR STATE SAY - THAT AN OPERATOR MAY NOT DRIVE AT A SPEED GREATER THAN IS REASONABLE AND PRUDENT UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES THAT EXIST DURING THE TIME WHEN YOU ARE DRIVING. SO AND THAT IS IN THE CODE OF LAW. LOOK UP (MURDOCK V PENN) NO STATE SHALL CONVERT A LIBERTY IN TO A PRIVILEGE AND ATTACH A FEE TO IT AND DRIVING OR ( traveling) IS A LIBERTY AND CAN NOT BE CHARGED A FEE. ONLY IF YOU DO NOT CHALLENGE THE COURTS AND LET IT BE KNOWN THAT YOU KNOW THIS.THERE WILL BE MORE INFO ABOUT THE UNFAIR TREATMENT ABOUT DISTRICT ATTORNEYS AS WE INVESTIGATE MORE. JUST THE INFO YOU JUST READ WILL HELP MANY OF YOU. ALL WE ASK IS THAT YOU HELP SOMEONE ELSE AS YOU WERE HELPED !
