Hawaii Certificate of Inspection Fraud Exposed
This is an excerpt from a larger video. The Hawai'i Government, BAR association, Judges, and Prosecutors are intentionally misleading Police to enforce code against a massive class of people who are very explicitly not included in the class of persons being regulated by the code.
***HAWAII REVISED STATUTES SECTION 286-207 EXPLICITLY EXEMPTS NON-COMMERICIAL USERS*** (This was SERIOUSLY buried and I don't study law in Hawaii as much as I did when I lived in California. THANK YOU RODNEY PIEDVACHE FOR YOUR WARM CONVERSATION AND FOR SHARING THIS CODE. MAY YOU REST IN PEACE BROTHER!!)
§286-26 Certificates of inspection.
286-26 (h) This section shall not apply to: (1) Any motor vehicle which is covered by part XI, governing safety of motor carrier vehicle operation and equipment; provided that the rules adopted pursuant to part IA impose standards of inspection at least as strict as those imposed under subsection (g) and that certification is required at least as often as provided in subsections (a), (b), (c), and (d); Part XI includes 286-207. And 286-207 provides the express exemption:
PART XI. MOTOR CARRIER SAFETY LAW
§286-207 Exemptions, certain vehicles. This part shall not apply to the following vehicles, if such vehicles are in compliance with safety ordinances and rules of the county in which they operate and other applicable state safety laws and rules:
(3) Passenger carrying vehicles used by employees solely for their own transportation to, from, and during work;
(4) Passenger carrying vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of 10,000 pounds or less used in car or van pools to transport less than sixteen individuals for the movement of passengers to and from work;
(5) A passenger carrying vehicle used for the transportation, without compensation, of persons for personal, recreational, or entertainment purposes;
(6) A passenger carrying vehicle with a gross vehicle weight rating of 10,000 pounds or less used solely for the transportation, without compensation, of the vehicle owner, the vehicle owner's family or guests; and
(7) A passenger carrying vehicle with a gross vehicle weight rating of 10,000 pounds or less used for the transportation, without compensation, of persons for the furtherance of their physical or mental rehabilitation or for social welfare activities. [L Sp 1977 1st, c 20, pt of §1; am L 1979, c 119, §3; gen ch 1985; am L 2010, c 14, §1; am L 2014, c 142, §3]
The Certificate of Vehicle Inspection only applies to certain classes of motor vehicles and vehicles. In this video, I show you the code that the oppressive class known as Judges and Lawyers (specifically Prosecutors) pretend applies to everyone. The code references another code. If you read that other code, it lays out with no confusion who is required to put a Certificate of Vehicle Inspection on their automobile. It does not include people who the oppressive class would say have trucks under 10,000lbs, or so called passenger cars. I show you the Hawaii legal definitions of these terms, which clearly points to the fact that these are commercial automobiles, but even if we pretend that they also included non-commercial automobiles, the HRS 286-26 UNEQUIVOCALLY does not list them as being required to put that Certificate sticker on the bumper.
The oppressive class of BAR members is intentionally misleading the public and the police who enforce the laws. Share this with others so people can learn about the complete corruption of the Judiciary, and the BAR association. The prosecution in my case wouldn't even touch any of my defense points because they had nothing to back them. The language of the law is clear. The BAR association is engaged in RICO and must be shut down by voter initiatives since the BAR runs the courts and will obviously support their own tyranny against the people.
Vote, comment, and above all SHARE THIS WITH OTHERS SO THEY CAN COME TO TERMS WITH THE FACT THAT THE COURTS ARE COMPLETELY CORRUPT AND THAT VOTING FOR NEW POLITICIANS WILL NOT CHANGE THIS. VOTER INITIATIVES TO BAN THE BAR ASSOCIATION FROM EACH STATE, RECALL ALL BAR MEMBERS FROM GOVERNMENT POSTS, AND BAN THEM FROM EVER HOLDING GOVERNMENT POSTS WILL ELIMINATE THE BRIDGE THEY'VE CREATED TO CROSS THE SEPARATION OF POWERS BETWEEN THE BRANCHES OF GOVERNMENT!

Report on Child Sexual Abuse in Hawaii Released
On July 11, 2018, Jeff Anderson & Associates and the Law Office of Mark Gallagher released a comprehensive, 50-page report on child sexual abuse in Hawaii. The report contains information on 58 clerical offenders who worked in the Diocese of Honolulu, as well as detailed information pertaining to Bishop Joseph Ferrario, Dr. Robert Browne who abused dozens of children at Kamehameha Schools and history of clergy sexual abuse in Hawaii. The report features a never-before-released report from Thomas Doyle, a canon law expert who investigated allegations of sexual abuse involving Bp. Ferrario in the early 1980s. The event also discussed the #MeToo and #TimesUp movements as well as the sexual abuse of children at Hawaii Preparatory Academy.
Sexual abuse survivors June Cleghorn and John Pedro spoke publicly about their experiences for the first time and state legislator Maile Shimabukuro passionately explained why she championed a new bill in Hawaii to give sexual abuse survivors their day in court. The Hawaii legislature recently passed a law allowing survivors of child sexual abuse to come forward and bring claims against their abuser and the institution that may have protected the abuser. Survivors have until April 24, 2020 to come forward. The legislature previously opened two other retroactive windows for sexual abuse survivors in 2012 and 2014. As a result, dozens of survivors have come forward to expose the secrets of the past to help protect children in the future.

Mauna Loa
Mauna Loa (/ˌmɔːnə ˈloʊ.ə/ or /ˌmaʊnə ˈloʊ.ə/; Hawaiian: [ˈmɔunə ˈlowə]) is one of five volcanoes that form the Island of Hawaii in the U.S. state of Hawaiʻi in the Pacific Ocean. Mauna Loa is the largest subaerial volcano in both mass and volume, and has historically been considered the largest volcano on Earth. It is an active shield volcano, with a volume estimated at approximately 18,000 cubic miles (75,000 km3), although its peak is about 120 feet (37 m) lower than that of its neighbor, Mauna Kea. The Hawaiian name Mauna Loa means Long Mountain. Lava eruptions from Mauna Loa are silica-poor, and very fluid; eruptions tend to be non-explosive and the volcano has relatively shallow slopes.
Mauna Loa has probably been erupting for at least 700,000 years, and may have emerged above sea level about 400,000 years ago. The oldest-known dated rocks are not older than 200,000 years. The volcano's magma comes from the Hawaii hotspot, which has been responsible for the creation of the Hawaiian island chain over tens of millions of years. The slow drift of the Pacific Plate will eventually carry Mauna Loa away from the hotspot within 500,000 to one million years from now, at which point it will become extinct.
