Extensive New Footage: CH-46 Sea Knight Crash on USNS Pecos
On December 9, 1999, a CH-46D Sea Knight crashed during a boarding exercise off the coast of San Diego, California, The pilot landed the CH-46 short on the deck of the USNS Pecos, causing the left rear tire and strut to become entangled in the safety netting at the back of the ship, tragically causing the Sea Knight to plunge into the ocean with eighteen U.S. Marines onboard. Only eleven survived.
A San Diego television station, the CBS affiliate KFMB-TV, fought for and obtained a videotape of the accident, making the visual details clear to a wondering public. Since then - for nearly two decades now - a 47 second clip has been available publicly.
Now, for the first time ever, here are the other 7+ minutes of footage.

Why Strippers Are Becoming Bartenders (HBO)
Strip clubs may be a place to party for some, but for female entertainers, they are an office space. And over the past few years that workplace has changed dramatically thanks to an entirely new job position moving in: bartenders.
Even though bartenders don’t get up on stage, the strip club bartenders dress similarly to the dancers and shake it behind the bar. Because customers tend to throw money into the air as they would to a dancer, rather than handing them the money directly, bartenders have found themselves fighting with surrounding employees, including dancers, to acquire their tips.
Some strippers have started to organize a city wide strike to address the competition between the women, along with other issues that affect the industry.
“I’ve had resentment as a dancer, I remember resenting bartenders,” Chela, who recently transitioned from dancing to bartending, tells VICE News. “It becomes very aggressive. People forget who they are when they start to see money.”

How to Evict a Tenant

Take pains to remove a renter from your property legally, or you could find yourself on the wrong side of the law.
Step 1: Check your local laws
Contact your county clerk's office to check the laws governing eviction proceedings in your jurisdiction.
Tip
If you are managing government-subsidized housing, follow the eviction rules established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Step 2: Know your rights
Know the valid reasons for evicting a tenant, which include nonpayment of rent, a violation of their lease, and creating a health or safety problem. Landlords do not need a reason to evict month-to-month tenants, and they can choose not to renew a tenant's lease without giving a reason.
Step 3: Don't evict on your own
Don't attempt to evict your tenant by force, or try to get them to leave by cutting off their heat or water, changing their locks, or tossing their possessions. These methods are all illegal.
Step 4: Have a paper trail
Have your documentation in order, including a copy of the lease, written notices you have sent to the tenant concerning any problems, and any other proof of your claim, like bounced rent checks or photos of property damage.
Step 5: Give them fair notice
Let the tenant know in writing that you are planning to evict them if they don't pay their rent or correct a violation by a certain date. How much time you must give them varies from state to state.
Tip
If you are evicting a month-to-month tenant without cause, make sure you are giving the advance notice required by your state, which can be anywhere from 20 to 90 days.
Step 6: Go to court
If the tenant hasn't addressed the problem within the time frame cited, file an eviction notice with the local court. If the tenant doesn't respond within the time defined by the court, you win by default. If the tenant challenges the eviction, the case may go to a hearing.
Step 7: Post a notice
If you win the case, a representative of the court – like a sheriff, marshal, or constable – will post a notice on the tenant's door giving them a move-out date, at which time the tenant and their possessions will be forcibly removed from the premises by the court representative if they haven't vacated on their own.
Step 8: Cover their cost
If the tenant wins, you will have to let them stay and pay their costs of fighting the eviction, in most cases. So be sure to follow the letter of the law before starting proceedings!

I have not redubbed the audio with the released (studio) version of the song. The song reached #2 on U.S. Charts in April 1971.
Ocean was a gospel rock band formed in 1970 in London, Ontario, Canada. They are best known for their million-selling 1971 single Put Your Hand in the Hand, penned by Gene MacLellan. The gramophone record sold over one million copies and received a gold disc awarded by the Recording Industry Association of America on 3 May 1971.Ocean consisted of Greg Brown (vocals, keyboard), Jeff Jones (bass, vocals), Janice Morgan (guitar, vocals) [Janice, thanks for the correction :) ], Dave Tamblyn (guitar), and Chuck Slater (drums). The album was recorded in Toronto in 1970 and originally released on the highly collectable Yorkville label in Canada. The album contained eight songs written by such notables as Robbie Robertson and Gene MacLellan. The album was picked up in the U.S. by the Kama Sutra label that also released the band's second album in both the U.S. and Canada. Ocean managed another hit in Canada with the song I've Got a Dream written by the British songwriting team of Cook and Greenway, but they failed to make any impact in the U.S. and disbanded in 1975 after only two albums.

Both films showed that Jaye’s interview style is to allow people to share their views honestly, openly and candidly while allowing audiences to come to their own conclusions.
