Nirvana awaits you only 30 minutes between downtown Cleveland and Akron! Situated atop this gorgeous 15.90 acre estate is a modern, updated, and extremely private estate that is designed for seamless indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. This completely remodeled ranch-style home is nearly encased in windows so you can fully enjoy the views and the nature that surrounds you. It is set back off the road through wrought iron gates in a breathtaking retreat-like setting. Decorative urns with annuals are scattered about adding a spectacle of color and elegance to the property. There's an abundance of lush, open grassy areas and rolling hills surrounded by draperies of mature trees and four stocked ponds. A private retreat masquerading as a one-room vaulted cabin abuts to one of the ponds. It is heated and cooled, plumbed for a kitchen and a full bath, and even has a deck. Use it as an art or photography studio, an in-law suite, a large potting shed, or a place to hang out when having a bonfire. For your added peaceful enjoyment, there are two gazebos -- one on each end of the property -- to sit and relax, gaze out over the property, or read a book. With the lay and the size of the land, it is not uncommon to see a family of deer, wild turkeys, or rabbits prancing around the yard. Across from the main entrance to the home sitting on top of the tiled pool storage, is a pergola that overlooks the in-ground pool and waterfall. Imagine how awesome that is on those hot summer days or after a long hard day at work! For those cool nights, a brand new hot tub located to the rear of the home off the owners suite is sure to please! The front of the home is anchored by a beautiful water fountain that sits in the middle of the courtyard with a covered stamped concrete terrace. Inside, the home is open and airy and as impressive and serene as the outdoors. The main entertainment area is separate from the bedrooms, the library, and the day-to-day living spaces. One of the most notable features of the home is the newly updated main kitchen with its top-of-the-line, state-of-the art stainless steel appliances, and stainless steel and black glass countertops. Open to the kitchen is the formal dining room, formal living room with fireplace and built-in aquarium, and a vaulted great room that feels more like a solarium due to a wall of windows and doors to the terrace on three sides. Modern new lighting and bamboo floors, to name a few, add drama to the home without distracting from the beautiful outdoor vistas. Another notable feature is a secondary kitchen and the family room located near the owners wing -- the perfect setup for watching your favorite TV programs or movies and getting ready in the morning. There are three fireplaces throughout the home to warm and soothe the soul. And a new Geo-thermal heating and cooling system help keep energy costs affordable. A host of updates too numerous to note enable you to sit back and enjoy this magnificent home and its private park-like surroundings! And you'll love the low taxes too!!
