As darkness fell; so did the temps. Gusty winds picked up but patrons were seen moving around the town. Roadways became a slushy mess. Plow trucks continued to maintain the roadways with sand and salt.

Warriors Legacy | 2014 Greater Boston El Sistema Showcase
Since El Sistema first planted its roots in the US in 2009, the state of Massachusetts has established itself as a major ally of the movement and has become one of the largest hubs of El Sistema in the United States. Conservatory Lab and other El Sistema programs in the state actively explore, nurture, and disseminate best practices on how similar programs can take advantage of the transformative power of music. The 2nd Annual El Sistema Showcase was a celebration of these successes and a reaffirmation of music as a power for positive social change in our community. Student ensembles from 10 local El Sistema-inspired programs performed at the concert.
The Showcase was one part of a daylong forum on arts education and social justice, Creating Musical Pathways for Youth, sponsored by the Massachusetts Cultural Council.

Yes Live: Yessymphonic Sheffield City Hall December 11, 2001 / 'Magnification' Performance
This is a Yes Symphonic concert on the Magnification tour performed at the Sheffield City Hall in Sheffield, United Kingdom on December 11, 2001. Tom Brislin handled keyboards for the 2001 Yessymphonic dates and The European Festival Orchestra conducted by Wilheilm Keitel enhanced the concerts played in Europe. The set list pasted below for this show has time stamps for each song.
While this post does not have the best audio quality (the volume suddenly surges at 1:50) and does not include the usual show opener (an excerpt from Give Love Each Day) it is definitely worth a listen. Steve Howe starts off his acoustic guitar solo spot with his piece J's Theme which he only played five times during the 70 date 2001 Yessymphonic tour. Howe then does his more typical song Clap as his second solo. The audience also got a performance of the title track from their 2001 'Magnification' album which was only played 19 times during the 2001 tour.
