The goat track to Burrinjuck Dam, NSW Australia
The narrow twisting goat track going down to Burrinjuck Dam, which has a deadly drop if you were to go off the edge. The fallen rocks and vandalised safety mirrors just add to the fun. You can't get anywhere near the dam anyway.

In 2009 Burrinjuck Dam celebrated its centenary. Burrinjuck Dam was the first major dam constructed for irrigation in New South Wales. This video is a comprehensive look at the history and construction of the dam, why the dam and reservoir were placed in that location. It also shows the birth and productivity of the downstream communities that come from the construction of Burrinjuck Dam. Part 2 shows the Hydro Electricity side of Burrinjuck and agriculture food production.

TUMUT BURRINJUCK WATERS JUNE 2011 - An unexpected trip to pick up a new CUB. Stopping two nights in the pretty town of Tumut at the Riverglade Caravan Park and then on to Burrinjuck Waters for a couple of days. The dam wall was closed to visitors but it was a lovely sunny break before heading back to a rainy Sydney.
