The first one of a short road trip to Carmel by the Sea! This little town is about 2 hours from where I live (San Francisco and Bay Area) it is one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen in the area! Holiday Weekend in Pacific Grove & Carmel
During the Memorial Day holiday weekend, my family escapes to the Monterey bay. The scenic Asilomar state beach at Pacific Grove and Carmel were destinations of focus though we drove through exciting Monterey as well. Downtown Carmel is particularly a gem, with its small European town feel, bounty of small shops and cafes and even a chocolate store with a selection that would excite every chocolate fanatic!
