Rehoboth & Poconos Vacation
Hey guys! it's ashlee, so 2 weeks ago, I went to Rehoboth for the weekend with my cousin and my two friends for my cousins birthday! we had so much fun & I wish I could have made a video while I was there but the hotel didn't have wifi & I forgot my computer! So that really sucked, but while I was there I bought some stuff that you might see in the video, like those Hello Kitty sunglasses, the white shirt that was airbrushed with my name, and a black half shirt with Rehoboth written on it! so last Sunday I came home and then Monday I left for the Poconos! a two and a half hour car ride with your brother and dad is not fun, especially when your stuffed in the back seat! In the Poconos I stayed at The Inn at Pocono Manor! the hotel was amazing every morning I would have a huge breakfast, and every night I would have a 5 course dinner! on Monday I found the most amazing drink ever, it was a strawberry peanut coloda ice smoothie! I fell in love at that point, every time I passed the place where I got it I would get another one! Then Tuesday I went horseback riding with my brother and dad! my horses name was Toby and every time I went I would pick him as my horse. also on Tuesday I went shooting ! I shot a 9MM gun and I beat my brother and dad by a lot, they hardly hit the target and got no bulls eyes while I hit the target every time! (and that was my first time ever going shooting). Wednesday I went to the spa & got a manicure and a pedicure! it was so amazing there I think I died. after that I went fishing and we saw a black bear..so my dad drew a circle in the dirt but it looked like a oval and this was surpassingly from spongebob IT NEEDS TO BE A CIRCLE, THATS A OVAL! that pretty much killed me haha! that night we watched batman returns in the movie theatre and we went night swimming.. it was just so fun! then Thursday I went to camel beach all day and we went zip lining off that tall mountain! I brought my ipod with me but I forgot to take pictures up there! and I got so mad! & Friday we left but now im home & can be on YouTube more again so my trip overall was one of the best vacations I've ever had!

Vintage Television Commercials - 1980s - Part 1
This is a compilation of mostly national television ads that aired during the early and mid-1980s. They originate from off-the-air VHS recordings.
Some of these spots are masterpieces. They provide a glimpse into an era of TV broadcasting when the commercial breaks often were as interesting and well produced as the programs they interrupted.

Suspense: Crime Without Passion / The Plan / Leading Citizen of Pratt County
A crime of passion, or crime passionnel, in popular usage, refers to a violent crime, especially murder, in which the perpetrator commits the act against someone because of sudden strong impulse such as sudden rage or heartbreak rather than as a premeditated crime. The act, as is suggested by the name (crime passionnel - from French language) is often associated with the history of France. However, such crimes have existed and continue to exist in most cultures.
A crime of passion refers to a criminal act in which the perpetrator commits a crime, especially murder or assault, against someone because of sudden strong impulse such as sudden rage or heartbreak rather than as a premeditated crime. A typical crime of passion might involve an aggressive pub-goer who assaults another guest following an argument or a husband who discovers his wife has made him a cuckold and proceeds to brutally batter or even kill his wife and the man with whom she was involved.
In the United States civil courts, a crime of passion is referred to as temporary insanity. This defense was first used by U.S. Congressman Daniel Sickles of New York in 1859 after he had killed his wife's lover, Philip Barton Key, but was most used during the 1940s and 1950s.
In some countries, notably France, crime passionnel (or crime of passion) was a valid defense during murder cases; during the 19th century, some cases could be a custodial sentence for two years for the murderer, while the spouse was dead; this ended in France as the Napoleonic code was updated in the 1970s so that a specific father's authority upon his whole family was over.
