Climbing the Monte Rosa, Zermatt, Switzerland
Video of a two day, one night climb in the Monte Rosa range near Zermatt. We climbed 3 4,000m peaks (Breithorn, Pollux, and Castor) and stayed overnight in the Sella Hut. It was an enjoyable glacier climb on generally very moderate terrain with some points of exposure. If we had more time we would have stayed one night in the Margharita Hut and climbed Duforspitze. Climbing here is very easy as the huts are full service so you don't have to carry much! This was shot in July 2013
Breithorn 4164m, ZERMATT
One day summer hike tour on this highly visited 4000k peak in the Swiss Alps during Summer 2017, with nice sunny weather, except limited view on the matterhorn because of the clouds. :)

The Dom is a mountain of the Pennine Alps, located between Randa and Saas-Fee in the canton of Valais. With its 4,545 m (14,911 ft) summit it is the third highest mountain in the Alps and the second highest in Switzerland, after Monte Rosa. The Dom is the main summit of the Mischabel group, which is the highest massif lying entirely in Switzerland.

Hier zeige ich die Seilbahnfahrt von Trockener Steg nach Klein Matterhorn auf fast 4000m Höhe. Es ist die höchste Seilbahn Europas und man baut derzeit die 2e Klein Matterhornbahn direkt daneben. Davon sieht man auch etwas in diesem Video, so wie auch den tiefen Abgrund mit Gletscherspalten!
