Chang'an Avenue, literally Eternal Peace Street, is a major thoroughfare in Beijing, China.
It is often referred to as the Shili Changjie, meaning the Ten Li Long street. Chang'an is the old name for Xi'an which was the capital of China during the Tang Dynasty and other periods.
Strictly speaking, Chang'an Avenue only encompasses West Chang'an Avenue and East Chang'an Avenue. However, it is also used to refer to the stretch from Fuxingmen on the Western 2nd Ring Road to Jianguomen on the Eastern 2nd Ring Road.
In very broad terms, it refers to the stretch of road (the Extended Chang'an Avenue) as the route from Shijingshan District through to Tongzhou District, including portions of the Jingtong Expressway.
This article, and related articles, consider it to be the road from Fuxing Road through to the beginning of the Jingtong Expressway (E. 5th Ring Road). Others have defined it as the road from Shijingshan Road through to Dawangqiao on Jianguo Road.
In 2009 the road was widened to 10 lanes, as part of the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
Happy 70’s birthday to our great country!

Beijing CBD occupies 3.99 km2 of the Chaoyang District on the east side of the city. Geographically situated to the east of the city center, sandwiched between the 3rd Ring Road and the 4th Ring Road, the Beijing CBD is currently undergoing large-scale development.
As Beijing is becoming one of the most important international financial centers in China, Beijing CBD was recently positioned as the secondary core area in Beijing's International Financial Center Development strategic plan published in May, 2008. Beijing CBD is also emerging as China's media center as Beijing Television Station (BTV) just moved in its new headquarters (Beijing TV Centre) in this area and the new CCTV Headquarters was officially opened on 15 June 2008 night.

The establishment of the Beijing CBD Chamber of Finance, the Beijing CBD Chamber of Media Industry and Beijing CBD Association of Property Management & Real Estate Development has facilitated communication and cooperation between the government and enterprises. The Beijing CBD International Business Festival and Beijing CBD International Forum have put the Beijing CBD on the map worldwide.

Xi'an is located in the middle of the Guanzhong Plain (also known as Guanzhong Basin, referred to as Guanzhong), north of the Qinling Mountains and on the south bank of the Weihe River.
Xi'an, known as Chang'an in ancient times, is also known as the world's four ancient capitals with Rome, Athens, and Constantinople. Xi'an is one of the six ancient capitals of China. In history, there were 13 dynasties in this capital. From Zhou to Tang, it was called Zhou, Qin, Han, Western Jin, Qian Zhao, Qian Qin, Hou Qin, Xi Wei, Bei Zhou. Yan, Tang, etc., lasted nearly 1100 years.
The Qin Terracotta Warriors and Horses Site in the Linyi District, about 30 kilometers east of Xi'an City, is known as the “World's Eighth Wonder” and is one of the “World Cultural Heritages” established by UNESCO.
Xi'an is the capital of Shaanxi Province. Shaanxi Province is one of the birthplaces of the Chinese nation. The Chinese claim to be descendants of the Yellow Emperor. The “inflammation” refers to Emperor Yan, that is, Shennong, whose activity is in the western part of Baoji City in Shaanxi Province; “Yellow” refers to Huang (Note: not “ Emperor Emperor, the Yellow Emperor Mausoleum is located in the southern part of Yan'an City in Shaanxi Province.
The Guanzhong area centered on Xi'an can be said to be the essence of ancient Chinese civilization before the Middle Ages. Therefore, there are “not to China in Xi'an” and “China in 500 years, Beijing in 5000 years”. Say.
Xi'an itself is dominated by the Tang Dynasty and the Ming Dynasty. The Terracotta Warriors in the Linyi District about 30 kilometers east of Xi'an belong to the Qin Dynasty. The Imperial Tombs in Xianyang City on the west side of Xi'an are from the Tang Dynasty and the Han Dynasty. Mainly, the bronzes in Baoji City, about 180 kilometers west of Xi'an, belong to the cultural relics of Zhou Dynasty (Western Zhou Dynasty). Most of the scenic spots in Baoji City are related to Zhou Dynasty.
