Hanoi Vietnam Orchid Restaurant Cooking Class
There are a couple of Vietnamese dishes that I am in love with like pho and Bahn Mi, and some dishes I have just discovered that I love last time visiting Ho Chi Min City like Bun Cha.
So this time visiting Hanoi I made sure to book a cooking class with some of my favourite Vietnamese dishes.

How to spend 1 WEEK in Vietnam!
1 week in Vietnam, across Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Ha Noi and Ha Long Bay.
It was Sarah's first international trip for work, and we extended our trip for her birthday. We fell in love with the people and country, and made some awesome new friends from around the world along the way.
Our top travel tips:
1. Get the Grab app for cheaper taxi rides
2. Ban Bo Nam Bo in Ha Noi does the most amazing dish we had while in Vietnam
3. Stay at Ha Long Bay to experience the city. There are many day tours from Ha Noi but they are a long day and involve a super long bus ride either way.
4. If within budget, the sea plane from Ha Long Bay to Ha Noi is absolutely worth it. Takes 45 minutes and includes a scenic tour of the islands in the bay
5. Go to the war museum in Saigon. It's always eye opening and heart breaking.

A Rainy Day in Japan (Trying to recover from a cold)
Do you also love rainy days?
I love rainy days. I love listening to the sound of raindrops while holding a cup of hot cocoa with marshmallows on one hand and a nice book on the other. However, today is a little different from all the rainy days I enjoy so much. Today, I woke up with a fever, so instead of drinking my usual cup of hot cocoa, I have to cook something healthy that can help me recover fast.
Enjoy watching!
