On a sunny fall afternoon, I filmed 4K City Walks: Denver, Colorado Cherry Creek Area - Virtual Walk Treadmill City guide beginner Treadmill workout Video as a free tour around the fancy Cherry Creek shopping area and then through the Country Club area with it's large fancy houses and up to Cheesman Park and past the Botanical Gardens. It was a nice quiet afternoon with lots of trees shedding their autumn foliage in one of the nicest areas of Denver.

The neighborhood you see today had its roots in the 1870s as the budding town of Harmon. There were greenhouses, residences, and eventually a business district. Over the next 100 years, it grew, taking up land adjacent to the creek-- and became known as Cherry Creek.

The video 4K City Walks: Denver, Colorado Cherry Creek Area - Virtual Walk Treadmill City guide beginner Treadmill workout Video is a free tour around the large park on the southern side of the city between downtown and Denver University. I filmed using my new GoPro8 but this was the first time I used it and had some issues with the Horizons. Sorry about that. We walk starting out in the little commercial area with a few shops, restuarants, bars, and even a marijuana dispensary. We make our way through a residential area and into the park itself where many people are out being active. We walk past the pond and boat house and then back towards the little neighborhood bars and shops. I hope you enjoy this late afternoon fall walk through Denver's Washington Park Neighborhood.

On a crisp fall morning, I filmed 4K City Walks: Denver, Colorado 16th Street Mall to Capitol - Virtual Walk Treadmill City guide beginner Treadmill workout Video as a free tour around downtown along the Sixteenth Street Mall to the state Capitol. I also veer off to look at some of the rest of Downtown including the Brown Palace. Denver is, of course, famous for being the Mile High City. In this walk, I take you downtown and the area known as LoDo. We pass two stadiums including Coors Field, several hotels and restaurants, and lots of coffee shops as well as the train station.
Denver is the gateway to the Colorado Rockies and sits at the intersection of several interstates including I-70, I-25, and I-74. Interstate 70 leads up into the mountains and over to Utah and provides access to several ski resorts. Denver has several universities and professional sports teams including the Denver Broncos, the Colorado Rockies, the Avalanche, and the Nuggets.

In 1972, the average attached home price was only $28,000. Over the next decade, prices nearly tripled, then declined again. From the 90s to 2008, prices climbed substantially! Of course, we bottomed out in 2008, then skyrocket - which brings us to today. What you can learn from this historical data is that the market doesn't make quick changes. The changes happen in long trends. So, do we have a real estate bubble on our hands in Denver? We don't think so. The last upturn lasted 16 years. We're currently 7 years into our current upturn and we predict it will last a few more years.
