Chef Pascal of Wally’s Desert Turtle serves up culinary classics
Mr. Wally Botello established Wally’s Desert Turtle in 1978. Now owned by his son Michael, the extensive menu serves contemporary Californian cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Pascal Lallemand. Chef Pascal recounts his culinary beginnings in Paris before coming to the United States and eventually Greater Palm Springs. He joined the Wally’s team in 2006 and learned the original dishes that guests love and still enjoy today. Many guests come to celebrate special occasions, bringing generations of diners to enjoy the great food and welcoming fine-dining atmosphere.
