Cootamundra revisited
Cootamundra
Road trip to Junee & Cootamundra
On a trip to Cootamundra with a few friends we saw MB4 (Melbourne to Brisbane) arriving in to the Loop at Albury to cross CM3 with DL45, NR & 8220, DL45 gives a nice horn show along the platform as it powers past. After CM3 has cleared the Sydney end of the loop, MB4 gets the stick and rolls away towards Junee, then we chase MB4 to Junee seeing it at Culcairn and then Junee, then we see the XPT at Junee as well

Classic Australian streamliners- B61 CLP10
A short video of two of Australia's best known and loved streamlined EMD locomotives. All scenes are in Goulburn NSW, where the classic double-ended ex Victorian B61, resplendent in its Streamliners 2016 festival livery is shunting, running around and departing with the very last EMD streamliner built anywhere in the world, CLP10. CLP10 was originally CL17, and will be restored to that number and it's original Commonwealth Railways livery at Cootamundra, where today's light engine movement will terminate.
A massive fund raising effort raised the money to make this possible, at the behest of Mr Streamliners Bernie Baker, and many likeminded enthusiasts. December 23, 2018

The Australia Day Seaside Express, featuring 4520
With the truncation of the Newcastle Line, the NSWRTM operated its annual Australia Day train to the South Coast for the 2015 edition. The train was hauled by preserved locomotive 4520 and CFCLA locomotive FL220 What a Nuisance (formerly 42220), operating from Sydney Terminal to Bomaderry (Nowra) and return. The train is first seen on the southbound journey through Heathcote, then on the return journey through Jannali, and finally departing Sydney Terminal as an empty stock movement to Thirlmere.
4520 is owned by the NSW Rail Transport Museum and operated by Heritage Express.
FL220 is owned by Chicago Freight Car Leasing Australia.

Seymour heritage rail open day 2018
On Saturday 20th October 2018 I travelled to Seymour for the Seymour Rail Heritage Centre (SRHC) open day.
A wide range of heritage diesels were on display, including B74, X31 and P22. Their rolling stock was also on display, with the heritage spirit of progress set and state car 5 open for inspection.
As a bonus I also filmed up and down VLine albury services at Seymour station on my way to and from Seymour.
A big Thank you to SRHC for having the open day and I am looking forward to their future tours.
I hope you enjoy the video ????
