Yucca Valley Neighborhood Parks
The disparity in how and where funds are spent in the Yucca Valley neighborhood park system is shown in this video. Two parks in the Sky Harbor Neighborhood have received a large amount of money and attention while others like the Paradise Park Neighborhood's park is little more than a dirt field.
California Mohave desert crossing September 2009
A man named Randy and his wife drove down from Orange county to Mission Bay Park to give me a bicycle. It was so nice of them. I left figuring I would ride to Texas. James from Holy rollers in Alpine CA let me stay at his place and work for him for a couple of weeks. He souped up the bicycle and made it mountain climbing friendly, a real nice high range climbing gear. Also he provided a set of great saddle bags and a front basket. More important than the material things he played the roll of a Christian friend. You never know how far an investment with love will go, it can play out in a life time of benefits. So many people on the road have showed me love and compassion, God bless all of you. James and his girl friend, gave me a ride most of the way up the mountain then left me to journey. It was a hard track across the desert. They wanted 4.30 a gallon for water, I made a huge mistake and didn't buy it, lol Next time I'll pay 10.00 if they want it. Dead people don't need money, lol! Seriously I was so happy to finally get to the Colorado river.

The Joshua Tree
Humans have occupied the area encompassed by Joshua Tree National Park's nearly 800,000 acres for at least 5,000 years. The first group known to inhabit the area was the Pinto Culture, followed by the Serrano, the Chemehuevi, and the Cahuilla. Joshua Tree National Park is immense, nearly 800,000 acres, and infinitely variable. It can seem unwelcoming, even brutal during the heat of summer when, in fact, it is delicate and extremely fragile. This is a land shaped by sudden torrents of rain, strong winds, and climatic extremes. Rainfall is sparse and unpredictable.

????HAUNTED Amargosa Opera house (DEATH VALLEY)
Filmed 6/23/16. In the town that lays on the border of Nevada, and California at Death Valley Junction. Is the 100 year old Amargosa Opera House. From 1920 to 1950 it served as a mining camp, hospital, morgue, and movie theater. Many killings, and suicides happened here at Amargosa Opera House. The tv series Ghost Adventures, and the Dead Files did investigations here. Its so haunted by evil spirits that they can't keep employees to stay longer then a couple months. In the late 50's a Broadway singer on vacation broke down in front of the abandoned building. While her car was getting repaired she kept looking, and asking about the building. She baught the town, and at 92 years old shes still living at the hotel. She painted the walls, and ceiling of the movie theater to look like an audience. It took her two years of painting everyday to finish. She then put on plays for the local girls at the nearby brothels for over 40 years. Theres a section of the hotel named scary hollow that is locked off because of the evil that lives in there. I got a full tour of the place except for scary hollow because my son was with me. Please enjoy, and thanks for watching.
