Hiking Drift Creek Falls - Lincoln City, Oregon
Day trip in Dan The Van to hike Drift Creek Falls. This is one of my favorite hikes on the coast! In the summer there are wild berries, and the waterfall is gorgeous. After we crossed the suspension bridge, we climbed down to the river to check out the waterfall from a different viewpoint.

If you spend enough time in the Oregon outdoors, you realize that when it comes to winter weather, luck is a good partner to have by your side. So it was on a recent streamside stroll into a watershed where the rain is often measured in feet -- not inches but where huge surprises waited at the end of the trail.
Drift Creek will carry you away --- perhaps where imagination travels---on a wonderful trail alongside a classic pool and drop Oregon stream. Flanked by ferns, alder trees and vine maple, Drift Creek Trail winds through the rain-drenched Siuslaw National Forest.

Drift Creek Falls - Oregon Coast
Located 12 miles east of Lincoln City on the Oregon Coast. Nice forest trail leads down to a 240 foot suspension bridge over Drift Creek and a great view of Drift Creek Falls.

Drift Creek is a tributary, about 18 miles long, of Siletz Bay in the U.S. state of Oregon. The bridge is the best part ❤️ if you have a fear of heights this will be a challenge

Took a hike to Drift Creek Falls to test out my new GoPro... got the lens wet lol so excuse the shitty quality after we descend to the base of the falls. Filmed November 18th 2017. Drift Creek Falls is 6 miles from Highway 101 and 11 miles from Highway 18 in the Coastal Range. Beautiful location, the falls themselves are fairly dangerous to descend to in the winter, but scrambling back up was very easy. Just watch for slippery logs....

Drift Creek Falls Suspension Bridge (Lincoln City, OR)
The Drift Creek Natural Area is a wonderful plush green forest about 10 miles inland from HWY 101 (Lincoln City, OR). The trailhead is easy to find and makes for a very stimulating and relaxing morning hike. The trail winds down to the base of Drift Creek and overlooks a waterfall.

Salt Creek Falls: Snow hike with waterfalls, Oregon
Salt Creek Falls is Oregon's second highest single drop waterfall. The Salt Creek Falls Trail is a great moderate snow hike. Both Diamond Creek and Salt Creek falls are huge waterfalls. This was filmed with my phone (Pixel 2) and drone (DJI Spark). I tried doing no voice or music this time. Do you like these videos better with or without a voice over and music?
