Travelling
Some say that
Travelling aims not at the places that we tour, but the departure
And the marvelous thing about travelling is to move on
We use eyes to witness history and arts
We use ears to hear lyrics of cities
We use tongues to taste the flavour of culture
We use both hands to deliver temperature of warmth
We use bodies to sense belief and will
We use both legs to travel, move on
Life resembles travelling- both mind and soul will go weary somehow
Halt our steps a little slow down our movement to find our true selves
Trust that we can continue to move on the future path
Rest is the way to go longer Kaki-kaki Reflexology

தைவானின் கத்தி மசாஜ் I Taiwan Knife Massage I The made in Madras
Strolling through an underground Taipei shopping mall, bored by store after store selling humdrum bags and coats, I suddenly came upon a terrifying image: a row of bodies being rhythmically struck by men wielding glinting kitchen cleavers.
My eye flitted to the flags advertising daoliao, or knife massage, fluttering outside the storefront, then to the red-and-gold interior decorated with calligraphy. Five or six attendants, some wearing white vests over their street garb, brandished their blades like a band of supermarket butchers. I checked the menu: Getting myself tenderized for 10 minutes would cost about $7.
The customers, all fully clothed, emerged without a scratch. But I couldn't help but admire the bravery of those who willingly submitted to a thorough if blood-free treatment. Driven by sheer curiosity, and the promise of the ultimate bar story, I signed up to go under the knife.
Turns out daoliao is not some New Age wellness fad. People in China have been undertaking knife massages since the Spring and Autumn Period (770 BC to 476 BC) in Chinese history, said Wu Wei-chuan, chairwoman of the World Daoliao Assn. in Taipei. Back then, those suffering from mysterious illnesses not easily treated by traditional medicine would ask Buddhist monks to ease their afflictions with knife therapy.
The practice gradually fell out of favor in mainland China but spread to Japan and Taiwan, then declined in popularity there too. Wu and her organization have been working for 20 years to restore the practice. She says there are more than 180 daoliao centers across Taiwan. Although some customers, like me, are interested in exhibiting a sense of bravery, many regulars come for the same reasons as in the old days. Some people have been bothered all the time and have tried other massages to find that they didn't help. They want to try a knife massage to see if it will do the job, Wu said.
The steel cleavers look like those you might use to prepare dinner, but they have a blunt edge. The heavy blade can reach deeper than fingers alone, and practitioners believe the conductive steel can remove negative energy from the body. The result, Wu said, is less insomnia, better circulation and relief from sore muscles. Plus, you can tell your friends that you survived.
Even though the blades are dull — I made a point of ensuring mine was — and patients are covered with a sheet to further help prevent the accidental slice and dice, many first-timers express some trepidation about being chopped. Not to worry, the masseurs assured me as I stretched out on a bed, hearing the ominous clanking of metal. They've never had an accident.
With a knife in each hand, my young therapist pounded pressure points throughout my body with a methodical series of firm chopping motions. After easing tension from my back and legs, he flipped me over and went at my stomach.
On my back, I couldn't see the blades, but I could feel the heavy knives move on to my extremities, gently hitting my palms and soles of my feet. The last stage of blows was completely unexpected as the masseur threw a cloth over my face and gently pounded at my head. Thankfully, it proved a soothing, if unusual, finale.
We always tell clients it's not about how hard you are being hit; it's also about the transfer of energy, the transfer of chi, said Yan Hsu-ling, who has practiced knife massage for about a decade after a career in the computer hardware industry. She is the manager of the Zhongzheng clinic, which as a member of the World Daoliao Assn. offers knife massage only.
The association says it has strict criteria before masseurs can begin training, mostly intended to ensure candidates have the right metaphysical stuff.
We have to make sure trainees have positive energy fields first, so they can transfer energy to patients, and when facing bad energy it doesn't affect them, Yan said. As such, knife therapy masters are forbidden to eat meat and are expected to believe in the Buddha.
When training new masseurs — some of whom have traveled from as far as Malaysia to study — Yan first looks to see whether they are good with a blade. If their hands aren't sufficiently balanced, she says, they need more practice.
Quick learners can pick up the basics of the trade in about a week. Recruits first practice on bedding, then on classmates before progressing to paying patients.
And the verdict on all their hard work? I walked away refreshed and limber. And apparently I'm not alone: Yan said some customers become so relaxed under the knife that they fall asleep.
The masseurs want to ensure a more relaxing massage experience, she said, not just the pain of being hit by a knife.

Amarillo By Morning lyrics
Amarillo by morning, up from San Antoine
Everything that I've got is just what I've got on
When that sun is high in that Texas sky
I'll be bucking it to county fair
Amarillo by morning, Amarillo I'll be there
They took my saddle in Houston, broke my leg in Santa Fe
Lost my wife and a girlfriend somewhere along the way
Well I'll be looking for eight when they pull that gate
And I'm hoping that judge ain't blind
Amarillo by morning, Amarillo's on my mind
Amarillo by morning, up from San Antoine
Everything that I've got is just what I've got on
I ain't got a dime, but what I got is mine
I ain't rich, but Lord I'm free
Amarillo by morning, Amarillo's where I'll be
Amarillo by morning, Amarillo's where I'll be

23 Things To Do In Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) Vietnam
►Read 23 Things to do in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City), Vietnam:
►FREE eBook:
When I was in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City), along with eating as much Vietnamese food as I could, one of my goals was to film a travel video about some of the best things to do in Saigon. After putting together a complete list, it turned out to be 23, and I hope this list of attractions will help and inspire you to visit Vietnam’s largest and most exciting city.
1. Binh Tay Market - Binh Tay Market is one of the largest wholesale distribution markets, and a perfect place to go if you’re looking to go shopping in Ho Chi Minh City.
2. Thien Hau Temple (Pagoda) - Located in Chinatown, in District 5, the temple is dedicated to Thien Hau and I really loved the sculptures and the elaborate design of the temple.
3. Museum of Ho Chi Minh City - This museum offers a glimpse into the history and development of the city and Vietnam.
4. Bitexco Financial Tower - This is the tallest building in Saigon, and you can either go to the Skydeck or a cafe at the top for a view of the city.
5. Independence Palace (Reunification Palace) - Probably one of the most well known tourism things to do in Saigon is to visit the Independence Palace, the the former home of the president of South Vietnam during the Vietnam War.
6. Saigon Cathedral of Notre Dame - With the French influence in Vietnam, the Notre Dame cathedral is a beautiful Catholic church. Attend a service or just visit.
7. Central Post Office - Designed by Gustave Eiffel, the Central Post Office in Ho Chi Minh City is an attraction mainly for its design and architecture. It’s a beautiful building.
8. War Remnants Museum - Although this is not one of the happiest attractions in Saigon, it’s a place to remember and honor the horrible events that are a result of a war.
9. Opera House - Right in Dong Khoi area, and there are still opera shows available.
10. Dong Khoi Street - This is the height of high end shopping in Saigon.
11. Saigon Zoo and Botanical Gardens - The zoo itself is not too great, but the beauty of the Saigon zoo is the botanical gardens, and the lush gardens, and taking a break from the city.
12. FITO Museum (Museum of Traditional Vietnamese Medicine) - I was quite impressed by the Vietnamese medicine private museum - very interactive and educational.
13. San Art Laboratory – If you love modern art, the San Art Laboratory is a great place to see and visit in Saigon.
14. Turtle Lake at Night - If you’re looking for some things to do at night in Saigon, head to Turtle Lake to chill out, relax, hang out with friends, and eat snacks.
15. Ben Thanh Market - One of the most famous things to do in Saigon District 1 is visit the Ben Thanh Market, one of the major central landmarks of the city.
16. Phu My Hung and Starlight Bridge - Located outside of central Ho Chi Minh City, Phu My Hung is a modern development, and a great place to walk around.
17. Water Puppet Show - Though originally from the north of Vietnam, water puppet shows are popular also in Saigon. I went to the Golden Dragon Water Puppet theater.
18. Museum of Vietnamese History - Probably one of the most extensive and important museum showing the history of Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh City.
19. Rooftop Bar - Seeing Saigon from above offers a great perspective.
20. Fine Arts Museum - This was my favorite of all the museums in Saigon. The museum is housed in a well preserved building, and the art is amazing - located right in District 1 across the roundabout from Ben Thanh Market.
21. Jade Emperor Pagoda - Dedicated to the Jade Emperor, the pagoda has a real ancient feel to it, and it’s worth seeing when you visit.
22. Local Wet Market - One of my favorite things to do is visit a local fresh wet market, which you’ll find all over the city. The ingredients, food, and culture, all stand out at fresh markets.
23. Vietnamese Street Food - By my ultimate favorite activity in Saigon is eating street food, and there are an abundance of delicious Vietnamese street foods to sample.
Thank you for watching this video about the top 23 things to do in Saigon, Vietnam. I hope it has given you some great ideas to help you plan your visit.

-----------
What is ASMR?
ASMR is a complex name to define a very simple sensation: TINGLES mainly located on the top of the head.
This tingles may be triggered by a lot of things:
1)Whispers, slow speech, soft spoken voices
2)Massages
3)Personal attention from someone
4)Watching other people performing simple tasks
5)Any type of Role Play
6)Haircuts (yes my channel is based on this :) )
and lots more.
Personally I have discovered ASMR through a youtube video: Baba World's Greatest Head Massage
Anyway for other triggers I suggest to take a look of GentleWhispering (the real youtube ASMR superstar), MassageASMR (that combine two of the most powerful triggers, whispering and massage) and finally the Bob Ross deep voice, a painter that was the first ASMR artist.
Thanks again for watching.
