A Wee Guide to St Andrews Scotland | 10 Must See Things In St Andrews
Because, I, (Jason), lived in the quaint village of St. Andrews Scotland for a couple months on clinical placement and had come through this village a hand full of other times with Heather while living in the country, we highly recommend these top 10 things to do and see in St. Andrews! The compiled list of 10 things we recommend anyone coming to St. Andrews to do may not come as an obvious or no brainer to everyone, therefore grabbing a beer at St. Andrews Brewing Co., trying Jannettas Gelato, exploring the wee cave under St. Andrews Castle, or eating a delicious flame-grilled burger or steak from Balgove Larder Steak Barn may be something you'd like to do as well!
So YES, we recommend anyone going to Scotland to definitely make a stop for a day or two in this golf capital of the world called St Andrews. There are many things that didn't make the list, so if you have questions on what else to see and do here, please don't hesitate in asking away in the comments section.
Also, if you do end up coming here, please let us know and tell us what your favorite part was! Or if you found something else interesting that was not included in the video! Cheers!

LEAVING SCOTLAND ????| St Andrews Cathedral & St Rules Tower | Fife Travel Vlog
In our final travel vlog from Scotland and the UK we explore the amazing St Andrews, a gem of Fife and one of the most... ⬇ More Below ⬇
Today we tackle the amazing St Andrews, exploring the cathedral ruins and scoping out the views across St Andrews from atop of St Rules Tower!
As our time in Scotland comes to an end we can't help but feel so impressed, blessed and in love with this country! Fife in particular has blown us away with it's beautiful seaside villages, huge list of things to do and so much going one - not something always associated with the UK.
St Andrews is so much more than just the home of golf - it's got a very special presence and some incredible tales about it's church, cathedral and St Rules Tower as well.
Scotland has definitely been kind to us with the weather, we've had 95% sun during our time in Fife! That's far from normal, but any chance to explore St Andrews in the sunshine is a win in our books. Speaking of our time in Scotland, if you want to see more of our trip here's the full playlist of our time in this epic country —

SCOTLAND Day Trip: Dundee to St Andrews
Kuba and I headed to St Andrews for the day to take advantage of the sunshine. It's rare to get a sunny day here in Scotland during the winter so we wanted to walk around the beach bit and try out Taste Cafe for some lunch. We managed to find seats even though the cafe is quite small and were not disappointed! Their falafel sandwich was excellent. ???? This was only my 2nd time in St Andrews but I wouldn't mind visiting again as it's a short bus ride away. ????
Thanks for watching my video! If you are new to my channel, my name is Lisa. I'm a minimalist nomad vegan. Almost 2 years ago I made the decision to quit my job and started downsizing my life by selling and rehoming all my belongings. Now I travel 24/7 with everything I own fitting comfortably into one bag.

Colm MacMillan St Andrews Aug 5 2010
While visiting Scotland during holidays I went to the old course and met these fine fellows who allowed me to caddie and walk the course with them. to walk the hallowed fairways of St. Andrews was a dream come true. Poor Colm was -2 at the 17th tee. He hit one into the hotel and then his fourth shot into the famous road hole bunker. Remember David Duval in 99? I promised his buddy I would put this on youtube so please do not blame me Colm.
St Andrews Brew House
Here at St Andrews Brew House there are 3 things we are truly passionate about: great beer, great food and great service!
Established in 2015, we are home to our very own micro-brewery, bar, restaurant and some great weekly events.
Being in the heart of Norwich means our ground floor bar and restaurant are the perfect place for watching the world go by with a beer or two. Alternatively you can venture further up to the first floor where our function rooms are filled with classic board games and are a great vantage point for keeping an eye on our brewer Steve, who can often be spotted pottering around creating our next batch of Brew House beer.
Snakes in Streatham
Immanuel & St Andrews Primary School in Streatham featured live animal displays of meerkats, lizards, birds of prey and a boa constrictor. The boa seemed to like my phone.

Anna Frąckiewicz - Polish Scottish Heritage
Born in Kraków and had just finished the first year of Law at Jagiellonian University when the war
broke out. During the first days of the war she and her family escaped to Bucharest. Thanks to the hospitality and help of local residents they could stay there together for several months, and where due to their poverty, mainly survived by eating grapes. With time they managed to find employment, and in the Red Cross Anna Frąckiewicz helped polish refugees escape through Romania — the only country that opened its border and allowing for migration. Her Father was an Engineer and he became a specialist for the construction of the new military airport. By the beginning of the 1940s her whole family moved to France and eventually, after the surrender of Paris, to the United Kingdom. In London Anna Frąckiewicz enrolled onto an English language course. The day after graduating, she and her Mother moved to Scotland to join her Father who had relocated there earlier. A few hours after their arrival a German bomb fell down next to the guesthouse they stayed in destroying the neighbourhood.
In 1943 she graduated from English Linguistics at St. Andrews University. She married Second Lieutenant
Wiesław Frąckiewicz, Soldier of the 1st Independent Parachute Brigade stationed in Fife. After the war
Anna Frąckiewicz started a career in baking and her Husband opened a furniture workshop. In 1956 she
started a job in the Western General Hospital in Edinburgh in the department of genetic diseases research
conducted on the basis of genealogical study. In the 1980s she founded her own company that sought out Scottish ancestors of clients from all over the world. She retired at the age of 80.
