Pick Your Own Blueberries At Ellsworth Hill Orchard & Berry Farm With Aiman & Friends (Camping P8)
Aiman and his friends were having a great time picking their own blueberries at an orchard on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon, although a bit on the hotter side. It was after a two-day fun-filled camping at Housatonic Meadows State Park, Aiman and his friends along with their families went to pick up blueberry at Ellsworth Hill Orchard & Berry Farm located in Sharon, CT not too far from the campground.
Unfortunately because of this year's strange weather, a lot of fruit crops were damaged early in the spring. Therefore only customers with a jar allowed inside to pick the blueberries. It used to be anyone can go in and eat as much as they can, only when the want to bring some home they have to pay.

A Brief History Of Ellsworth...
The character of Ellsworth, Connecticut, in many ways reflects the same character it wore in the latter part of the eighteenth century when the Ellsworth Society was formed apart from the Sharon and Kent Townships. Rolling hills, open pastures, original structures, and thick woods are aspects of rural Ellsworth which existed then and have continued to the present.
Ellsworth Hill Orchard and Berry Farm is keeping the history of the farm going, and is proud to open the Orchard to those who would like to roam the strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, pumpkin and apple fields and view the beauty of the land that still stands the same way centuries later.
We offer a large variety of apples that will please the most diverse apple lover. Just a sample of what we offer are Honey Crisp, Gala, Macintosh, Gold Delicious, Macoun, Cortland, Northern Spy, Empire and Red Delicious. Besides the delicious apples, we also grow strawberries, cherries, raspberries, blueberries, plums, peaches, pears, figs, pumpkins and gourds - come and pick your own or purchase pre-picked. Additionally, you'll find a variety of vegetables at our farm stand. Our apple cider is pressed on site!

Blueberry Picking At Ellsworth Hill Orchard & Berry Farm - 'Tis Time To Pay! (Aiman's Camping P9)
Picking blueberries might be easy, fun and enjoyable, but when it comes time to pay, you may realize that you might have picked more than what you bargained for. But with just about any other form of entertainment, it wasn't just about money. It was more than that. Time well spent with friends and families. Who could put a value on that.

Three Leaves, Let It Be! - Camping At Housatonic Meadows State Park With Aiman And Friends (P5)
Three Leaves, Let It Be! Plus packing up and cleaning the camp site. It is important to remind everyone who goes camping to return all the benches should you borrow from another empty sites. Also, you should pick up all of the trash and dispose off properly. All fires need to be extinguished as well. This is a continuation of Part 4: Camping At Housatonic Meadow State Park With Aiman And Friends.
It has been a fun two days, and this video will served as a memoir for Aiman and his friends in a distant future. It is something for them to look back and remember those younger days....as such picture time before everyone goes home is a must!
During last year's summer season, Aiman and his friends decided to spend a couple of days camping at the Housatonic Meadows State Park, a beautiful campground in northwest Connecticut. Camping under the tall pines on the riverbank at Housatonic Meadows evokes a genuine back-to-nature feeling. The clear, cold river water also provides a fine opportunity for fly fishermen to test their skills on trout and bass.
Camping has been an annual tradition for Aiman's entire family for many years, except for this year. As Aiman's older siblings are now adults, it is time for the kids to spend the time among themselves, and perhaps continue the tradition into the future. This year mark the first time Aiman's parents did not join them during the 2-day weekend camping. They came during daytime to bring food and helped with cooking. This was in August 2016.
