Book your own Shore Excursions ~ ???? [Stockholm, Tallinn, St Petersburg, Helsinki, Copenhagen]
These are the best places to visit on a cruise around the Baltic Sea, perfect if you want to book your own shore excursions. Subscribe for more laid-back luxury #travel and inspiring travel vlogs:
When you go on a Baltic Cruise, you have the option to book tours with the ship or to book your own shore excursions. Today, I’m showing you all of the tours I did on my recent cruise from Stockholm. This video includes a Tallinn, Estonia tour, Aland, Finland, a Helsinki free tour and my own tour of the Helsinki Central Library. St Petersburg, Russia tours are the most important to book because then you won’t need a Russsian Visa. We spent 2 days in St Petersburg and met up each morning right on the cruise docks. Our tour guide in St Petersburg was fantastic and got us to the front of the line for the Amber room tour. If you’re cruising from Stockholm to St Petersburg, taking a cruise to Finland, or a cruise to Tallinn, check out the tour companies I used below. I hope you enjoy these cruise shore excursions tips!

Muuseumide sõjamäng 2014
On palju põhjusi, miks muuseumide suvemäng on sellel aastal sõjateemaline. 2014. aastal möödub 100 aastat I maailmasõja puhkemisest, 95 aastat Võnnu lahingust, 90 aastat detsembrimässust, 70 aastat II maailmasõja lõpu kaitselahingutest Eestis ning 10 aastat saab Eesti NATO-ga ühinemisest
Mängu mängides tahame teadvustada Eestit igasugustes sõdades kaitsnud inimeste kangelaslikkust ja meenutada Eesti pinnal läbi aegade toimunud sõjasündmusi.
Igas osalevas muuseumis esitatakse püsiekspositsiooni kohta neli sõjateemalist küsimust või pannakse külastaja tegema midagi muud põnevat. Iga mängija saab esimesest muuseumist trükitud flaieri, mille peale ta kogub neljast muuseumist mängus osalemise templi (miinimum on neli muuseumi, millest üks on sõjamuuseum). Külastada võib ka rohkem muuseume. Kelle flaieril on enim templeid, saab eriauhinna. Flaier jäetakse viimasena külastatud muuseumi.
Mängu patrooniks on kindral Ants Laaneots, kes 16. mail Tartus mängu pidulikult avab.
29. juuniks on planeeritud ürgaja sõjamängude päev Mõniste muuseumis. Jälgi reklaami!
Auhindade loosimine leiab aset augusti lõpul Tartus, kaasates Kaitseväe Ühendatud Õppeasutuse sõjaväelasi, auhindade pidulik üleandmine toimub septembri alguses Eesti Sõjamuuseumis.
Auhinnad
Vastseliina piiskopilinnuse külastuspakett perele (SA Vastseliina piiskopilinnus)
spiooniekskursioon 10 inimesele Tallinna vanalinnas (EstAdventures)
Kose varjendi külastamine (Kuke turismitalu)
Kadrioru Kunstimuuseumi aastane tasuta külastusõigus kahele inimesele. (Enim muuseume külastanu eriauhind)
Muuseumid loosivad ka oma meeneid ja auhindu.
