My friend Lenka Pozarova took me to a local farmers market where I tried to convince her to give up her European manners and eat with her hands. We tasted the local version for pizza (with poppy seeds) and many other foods!

Farmers’ markets in Prague
A short distance from the city centre, the embankment Rašínovo nábřeží in Prague is filled with lovers of fresh, local products on Saturdays. The atmosphere of farmers’ markets, with their tastings, seating and often music, attracts locals and tourists. In recent years the number of markets has risen steadily and there are now more than 20 each week in the Czech capital alone. This signifies a revival of sales of fresh foods from regional producers, which was forcibly interrupted during the Communist period.

Now that we're living in Germany, we have huge oppourunities to see the world!! Our first trip out of the country was to Prague, Czech Republic. We stayed in Praha 1, centrally located to almost everything! Super close to the metro and other sources of transportation. The country is beautiful and the locals are nice. Food is cheap!! Most places cost us under $30 for a family of 4 including alcohol. Charles Bridge, The Cathedral and Castle, River Boat Cruise. Lego Museum, Farmers Market, The PUB, are all some of the things we go to explore while there.

This was our last morning in Prague, Czech Republic! We decided to explore #PragueOldTown and the #PragueCityHall before hopping on the bus back to Germany. We wanted to make the most of the few hours we had, so check out our last day exploring Prague! #TravelPrague

Its Wednesday today! We finally went to Farmer Traditional Market after finished my Czech lesson. It is not so far from where my school is. The farmer traditional market located in Vinohrady in Prague 3. They usually start from 9 am to 4 pm every Tuesday to Saturday.
I would like to buy leeks and some vegetables because I run out all of them. They provides an organic vegetables and fruits but the prices a bit expensive than normally. They also sells non organic things. You can find something that you like here while you are in Prague. They produces fresh from the garden.
Don't forget to not take a plastic bag for save the environment and animals!
