ABC news. NSW firefighters pushed to the brink for the first time since 1956, by the NSW Liberal Government, over threats to workers compensation. The strike was successful in having legislation changed in Parliament that night, protecting firefighters and paramedics from the changes. True strength in unity.

Trip to Sydney 2009 Part 2
I have caught the travel bug again! During the week of 23-28th November 2009, my mother and I took a ho liday in sydney and the blue mountain area. This is a 7 part video totalling 57 minutes all up. It is a well edited video. Highlights include: Katoomba, Manly, Taronga Zoo, Wentworth Falls, the Zig Zag railway, Lithgow, gardens in Blackheath, Hampton, Jenolan Caves, Bathurst and the race track at Mt Panorama as well as the Australian Motor Museum.
