Perdido Pass Robinson Island Orange Beach
Perdido Pass aerial video (Click the link for Caribe aerial videos ) and surrounding areas in East Orange Beach, AL. Perdido Pass is the entrance to the Gulf of Mexico and there are a couple of condos at the bast of the bridge making the Pass condos and Caribe Resort the closest boat slips to the gulf. There are several marinas in this part of Orange Beach and charter fishing operations are set up at San Roc, Zeke's, Sportsmans and Bear Point all sitting in this area. As far as restaurants, Cobalt is at the base of the Perdido Pass bridge on the East side and next to the Caribe condos. The boat slips in front of the Caribe are seen in the video and also the Pass condo, which is across on the West side of Perdido Pass. Under the bridge, there are numerous parking places and areas for the public to access the beach and also the gulf along the sea wall around the base. This and some natural structure on the bottom makes for decent seasonal fishing and the rock jetties to the Southwest are some of the better inshore fishing in Orange Beach. The water depth under the Perdido Pass bridge is about 30 feet and the current is typically pulling in some direction. The public beach area along the jetties is a great spot to sit and watch the boats come and go and there's expansive beaches for hiking around and all of this is literally a walk from numerous Orange Beach attractions. The Florida state line can be seen in the video, or at least you can see where it would be if there was an actual line. The FloraBama is famous for claiming to actually sit on the line, but truth be told, the world-famous lounge is physically located in Florida. This is a nice area and the width of the beach allows for a handful of the gulf front condos to have deep-water access on the canal, North of the condo. Perdido Key is laden with these types of condos for sale and also seems to consist of more second home owners. In the far East of the video, Perdido Key bridge is seen and most of Perdido Key can been seen from 1000 feet.
