Tammany Trace Lacombe to Fontainebleau
This is a time lapse film I made with a GoPro Hero 3+ Black. We started at the tackle shop in Lacombe, LA. We then took the Tammany trace to Fontainebleau state park, and rode all three walking paths. After filming this...I'm no longer a fan of using time lapse for cycling, but I uploaded it anyway. Hope you enjoy.

One End of the Lake Pontchartrain Causeway in Mandeville, Louisiana

JD flies his Yuneec Typhoon H hexacopter over Lake Pontchartrain and the marshes in Lacombe, Louisiana, at the end of Lake Road, inspecting a partially sunken boat alonng the way. Then JD boards his own Camaro as a passenger so he can have his drone follow (or, more properly, lead) the car up Lake Road. His buddy Jim Tauzin does the driving. It would have been fun to go further, but operating a drone from a moving vehicle can only be done in a sparsely populated area, and further up the road, it was getting more densely populated with fishermen wetting their lines and nets. So JD got out of the car and subsequently landed the drone. 4K video edited with Pinnacle Studio 21. Music generated by Pinnacle SoundStage.

The Lake Pontchartrain Causeway, sometimes only the Causeway, is a causeway composed of two parallel bridges crossing Lake Pontchartrain in southern Louisiana, United States. The longer of the two bridges is 23.83 miles (38.35 km) long. The southern terminus of the Causeway is in Metairie, Louisiana, a suburb of New Orleans. The northern terminus is at Mandeville, Louisiana.
