Join me as I explore my home state of Maine in search of the perfect location for my photo shoot. You would think that being my home state it would be easy to find a great location in Maine worthy of this video and my photo shoot. Well that wasn't so much the case. I actually had a really hard time finding a good location, that was until someone had mentioned Fort Gorges located in the middle of the Casco Bay.
It was a challenge to get to the location because it was only accessible by boat, but with the help of a few of my friends I made it out there. Once I stepped foot in the old fort I knew I had found the perfect location.
I did check out a few other places but they were not anything worth showing. I did however hike The Beehive in Acadia National Park and although it's not abandoned I thought it was cool enough to share with you all.

So on their last day in Maine the Brave Wilderness crew decided to do exactly that…because who wouldn’t want to explore a HUGE fortress left abandoned for over a century?!

Day 10: Exploring Maine's Coastline
Today was a long day we played a few holes of golf with the kids, then took a two hour boat tour on Sebasco's boat named Ruth. We saw sea lions, eagles and more Maine coastline. Then we hiked for two hours and saw some amazing vistas on Morse Mountain. We ended the day eating pizza and playing games in the rec center at Sebasco's Game Room.

Abandoned Insane Asylum
Hi! Thanks for checking out my video. A couple months back my sister and I decided to check out a local abandoned asylum. When we found a door wide open there was no way we could miss out on the opportunity to take a peak inside.
This massive abandoned insane asylum is located in Maine. Security presence is high and trespassing is taken very seriously. Trespass at your own risk.
Hope you enjoyed the video!
