How to do Camel Pose. Today we are working our way up to Ustrasana / Camel Pose. make sure you're properly warmed up and have done a few gentle back bends before you attempt camel pose.
This pose stretches the front of the body, abdomen, upper thigh muscles and improves spinal flexibility. It is also about opening your heart, allowing your mind to follow. (for a deeper variation the toes can be untucked)

Dolphin Pose - Freedom Yoga Chiang Mai
Dolphin Pose ( Ardha Pincha Mayurasana) is very similar to the Downward Facing Dog Pose, with the forearms lying on the ground instead of your palms. Dolphin requires an open chest, shoulder girdle as well as willing hamstrings. Dolphin pose is one of those Asanas that help you set up your psyche and body for a head stand. Dolphin Pose calms the brain and helps relieve stress and mild depression. It stretches the shoulders, hamstrings, calves and arches while strengthening the arms and legs.

Bridge Pose is a safe and rejuvenating back-bend great for beginners and experienced yogis or athletes who want a deep opening across the chest, heart and upper back.. It stretches and strengthens the front and back body, can reduce backache and headaches as well as alleviate stress. please take note that there is a cue to push your chest towards your chin, not the other way around. Supta Padangusthasana (Reclining Hand-to-Big-Toe Pose) should be a go-to pose for anyone suffering from lower-back pain or sciatica. Its actions and simplicity mean it’s accessible to pretty much anyone and everyone with the use of a strap.
Why is it so good? It helps create traction in the lower back, which can relieve compression and tension. And doing the pose on the floor allows you to safely stretch your hamstrings without putting much stress on your vertebrae. The floor supports your back and prevents it from rounding or pushing backward, which can sometimes aggravate back problems further. Finally, the asymmetrical nature of the stretch can balance the two sides of the back and hips. For most of us, one side of the body is dominant, which causes that side of to become tighter or stronger, distorting posture. Over time, these asymmetries can become the source of back pain, sciatica or disk damage.
