Gozo, Comino and the Blue Lagoon | Malta Travel Diary
Gozo is the second largest island in the Maltese archipelago. Packed sailing boats take day trippers to the island to visit the natural wonder of the Azure Window, immortalised in Game of Thrones since it has now sadly completely collapsed into the sea. The tiny island of Comino and its famous Blue Lagoon awaits afterwards, packed with friendly, tanned tourists who make you do crazy things like take a jet boat ride for the first time!

The trip was from 11 a.m. to 18 p.m. and the price for a ticket was 25 euro.
During the trip we spent 2 hours in the Blue Lagoon, snorkeling in the cristal water. We also visited the capital of Gozo Island - Victoria and the Blue Hole.

???????? We booked a tour online on our 3rd day in Malta. We paid 40 euro each But here's a tip if you want to book it cheaper: Skip the hotel pick up and ride the bus to Sliema Ferry port. From there you can book your tour at 30 Euro each. If you are feeling adventurous and doesn't want to be tied on a schedule, you can even skip the tour and ride the public ferry going to Gozo island for 4.95 Euro return.

COMINO BLUE LAGOON FERRY SERVICE - MALTA
Adjacent to the Gozo Ferry terminal - Cirkewwa, is the jetty where the regular ferry runs a return service to Comino. A natural tranquil reserve, the water of the blue lagoon are delightful. Even during this trip on the 22nd February the waters were warm enough for the brave to swim and others to paddle. Take a picnic lunch during the winter months as, other than the public loos, everything else appears to be closed. Thanks to helmsman Johnny for great trip and welcoming David at the jetty office.
