The Beijing Road (Beijing Lu) Pedestrian Street is one of the oldest roads in Guangzhou, known for its shopping district and its numerous historic sights.
Haizhu Square, in Yuexiu District, has at its center the Guangzhou Liberation Statue, erected in 1959.

안녕하세요! 이번에 광저우 하이주 스퀘어를 다녀왔습니다. 작년에도 하이주구 스퀘어에 갔다왔었는데 그때 우연히 팬티와 양말을 싸게 파는 곳을 가서 몇벌 샀었는데 1년 내내 완전 잘입어서 이번엔 작정하고 가서 양말이랑 팬티 득템하고 왔습니다. 헤헿.

You'll find lots of quadcopter, e-scooters , umbrellas, Kids Toys,Travelling bags , stickers , phone accessories , cases , customised items ,and just about anything you can find it here. Remember to bargain but don't go too over . The more you buy the cheaper it gets as this is a place where people buy their stocks/supplies from .
One thing to look out, BE AWARE of a person walking around trying to sell you an iPhone. The person would go around inside the building or outside the building , targeting the foreigners to buy his ORIGINAL iphone . Not sure how's his/her tactic but He/she might show you a real working iphone and convinced you to buy it at a really good price . But when you agreed, good luck to you . I saw a Caucasian couple outside a hotel just opposite this mall agreed to purchase the iphone but the seller doesn't allow both of them to go up to their room to get the money. Seller even insist the partner to stay while the BF or Husband go up to get the money.
Take Metro Line 2 to arrive at Haizhu Square station. Leave the station from Exit B2, then walk for about 100 meters at the first crossroad, you will see Onelink Plaza.

Gifts and Toys Wholesale Markets in Guangzhou
Haizhu Square Haizhu Square is a square for plants and traffic close by the Pearl River,
Yide Lu (一德路) and Haizhu Square (海珠广场) are well known to many locals and foreigners living in Guangzhou. Originally a chaotic marketplace for toys and gifts, the area underwent a radical transformation in the past decades. Today, the area boasts over ten wholesale shopping malls covering thousands of square meters and selling a wide-range of items from shoes and clothes to home decorations, imported, and gifts. Although specialized in wholesale, most shops will accept to sell items to passersby.
Apart from the usual toys, furnishings, and electronics, this is a great place to find many of those souvenirs found in tourist shops around the rest of the country, but here at wholesale prices. A short walk to the west along Yide Lu brings you to even more markets, with vast areas specializing in stationery, toys, and even dried foods. It is a shame that most people stop off in Guangzhou at the beginning of their trip into China, as this is the ultimate shopping stop and would be much more suitable on the return journey.
Guangzhou OneLink Plaza , Every Chinese know the place by the same name just one block away. This is an 7-8 floor wholesale market where you can find even more.
There have lot of restaurants and hotels around the haizhu square, like Hongxing Seafood Restaurant, a seafood restaurant where you can select the seafood while they are alive.
Onelink International Toys and Gifts Wholesale Market (广州万菱广场玩具精品批发中心)
Anyone who has walked through this wholesale market would agree it deserves the name of heaven of toys. It is the biggest toy wholesale market in South China, with low prices and a wide range of choice. Many shops here directly import toys from Hong Kong and Japan.

1) Sacred Heart of Jesus Cathedral ( 石室圣心大教堂). Admission free. Subway line 2, HAIZHU SQUARE (海珠广场), 10 minutes walk from subway stn.
2) Sha Mian island (沙面). Admission free. Subway line 6, HUANSHA (黄沙), 15 minutes walk from the subway stn.
3) Beijing Street (北京路步行街). Admission free.

4) YueXiu Temple Fair (越秀公园). Admission fees -8 RMB. Subway line 2, Yue Xiu Park stn.

How to get there?
The Zhongda metro station can be reached from Guangzhou Railway Station or from Guangzhou South Railway Station via line 2 to Changgang and from there just two stations with line 8. From the Airport or from Guangzhou East Railway Station you can take line 3 and change to line 8 at Kecun. For more information take a look at the Guangzhou Subway Map. If you go there by taxi, use the address at the end of the article.
This is a general guideline: The markets are open every day, Monday to Sunday (except for Chinese New Year). Most markets are open between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.
We recommend you to visit the markets from the morning till the early afternoon. In the late afternoon and evening (4 to 7 pm) the area is really getting busy and there is always traffic jam on Ruikang Road, because hundreds of people want to leave with their cars and bikes full of fabric.
The market is pretty huge and the market people do not speak English normally, so I would suggest it will be better to have a local guide/translator around so your business will be more smoothly.Plus if you order fabric from different shops,they wont be able to help you delivery or ship out to your countries.So if you can have a reliable assistant/agent in China,that would be so helpful for your business because they can go to check the quality for you,pick up the goods and arrange shipment accordingly when you are back to your country.

Guangzhou, China Trip Part 1
I went to Guangzhou city from 18th to 21st October 2019. Took the Metro from Airport South station which is in Terminal 1 Baiyun International Airport to Ximenkuo Station which is walking distance to Insails Hotel (Ying Shang Hotel). I went to Huaisheng Mosque and there is a Halal restaurant just opposite the mosque. After that I went to Haizhu Square, OneLink International Plaza, Zhanxi Lu and at night I went to Canton Tower. #Halal #Guangzhou #China #Solotravel #traveldudes #Flyscoot
